I visited for some treatments in their spa and some food beforehand and it was really really lovely. Top quality service, massages were heavenly, and the little bistro downstairs by the spa was a lovely cosy place for lunch. Fantastic location, and if i had the money id definitely stay here. Sooo lush. ❤️

A well located upscale hotel. It's in the quieter part of the city and yet not far (on foot) from the city center, the water front, or the train stations. My room was big, modern and quiet (very well insolated, unlike other UK hotels I've stayed in). A lovely gym, which is a huge plus.

I recently stayed at your hotel on 8th December in Room 135. While the room was clean and aesthetically pleasing on arrival, I was disappointed with several issues that significantly affected my stay. Firstly, the television provided was extremely basic, with poor sound and picture quality, and it did not support any smart applications such as Netflix. This was unexpected for a modern hotel. The hair dryer that was provided also didn’t work, we tried every plug in the room giving up. More importantly, I experienced one of the worst nights’ sleep I’ve had in a hotel. A loud, continuous noise was coming from a vent within the room throughout the night. I attempted to switch off the air conditioning in case it was connected, but the noise persisted also followed by the constant noise of plumbing/pipes which I know is something you can’t always fix but on top of everything made it very difficult to sleep. From around 6:30am onwards, I was also disturbed by loud talking and shouting from staff using the room directly opposite, which I understand to be a staff or supply area. Staff frequently gathered outside this door, speaking loudly with little consideration for guests in nearby rooms. This continued until I checked out. Although I raised these concerns with the front desk at the time, I am unsure whether they will be addressed there was a lack of confidence in their reply. Based on this experience, I do not feel confident returning and will not be staying at the hotel again.

We celebrated my fiancé's birthday in the private lounge and screening room and the service was fantastic from start to finish. Our guests were so impressed with the atmosphere, facilities and two friendly staff members who went above and beyond to cater to any needs and make this a perfect evening. My guests and I will definitely have future bookings here!

Had our wedding here and would recommend it to anyone. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much and they knew how run the show on the day. Wish we could go back and do the day all over again! The studio rooms were amazing, big and spacious, plenty of space for hair and makeup artists to come. Shower was amazing!!! Food was amazing. The whole HSH experience was amazing!

Lovely room immaculately clean. Would have liked to access the pool without charge though both my partner and I enjoyed our 2 hours in the spa. Great location for the theatres, cathedrals and an array of good pubs

Stayed here last night in the top-floor suite with the outside whirlpool (room 601). Fantastic views over the city. What a stay. Amazing hotel, very well appointed with excellent staff. The bed was to dream about, so comfortable. This is a must-stay hotel, with local amenities within walking distance.

Perfectly located for Liverpool Philharmonic Hall concerts, literally just across the road. We had a lovely stay in the hotel. The bedroom was spacious, well equipped and warm with a lovely king sized bed, which ensured a good nights sleep. The room was clean, with coffee, tea and biscuits provided. The bathroom had a large bath and walk in shower with toiletries provided, which were topped up each day. We had food and drink in ‘The Carriage Works’, which was part of the hotel, and service and quality were both good. We did experience some noise at times, perhaps because our room was close to the stairs and all the floors in the hotel are bare wood, but it wasn’t a real problem. Parking in the Liverpool Philharmonic Car Park was expensive, but it was convenient. It was such a treat to be able to just cross the road for the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra and Choirs Spirit of Christmas concert. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel, decorated to a minimalist taste which made our stay feel very relaxed and clean. Staff were helpful and lovely and let me use their on site private office space so I could have a last minute zoom call. However the public work/chill out areas are also very beautiful and welcoming. Room was spacious and spotless. Loved the rainfall shower and separate bath. Will definitely be returning and using the spa facilities next time, we looked down at the people using the outdoor pool and felt green with envy.

A great stay in a lovely friendly hotel. We arrived early, around 11.30am and staff were happy to store our cases while we explored the city. We later returned and checked in quickly. Comfortable beds with great views of the city. The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. A great stay and would recommend
