   THEY MAKE YOU CHOOSE THE MECHE SYSTEM ONLY TO MAKE SURE YOU'LL PAY AN EXTRA £80/MONTH I have androgenetic alopecia and went there for advice, I was told about the meche system, only about the pros, no cons apparently, so I did it (£1300)... I went back after a week because the system was too low on my forehead, they redid it, but clearly were annoyed and didn't do it as thoroughly as they should have. I had plenty of little meches popping out in the fringe and at the back. Even a green thread in the middle of my fringe! In the mean time, I also had a really bad skin reaction to the beads they use to fix the system on the hair, and it was also very tight, I sometimes had to take pain relief tablets as it gave me headaches. I went back there after another week, and they removes some of the beads... but from then, the system was loose on my head, so that wasn't ideal either : not looking nice, and not confortable. Eventually (the following week), I asked them to take the system off and add clippers (£80). I was told it'd take 20 min, it actually took 1 hour and 20 minutes, it would have been nice to know before hand as time feels really long when you wait for 4 times what you were supposed to. The clipper system is a lot nicer, I can wash my own hair (instead of having it disgustingly stuck under the system), and wear it only when I want to. THEY MAKE YOU CHOOSE THE MECHE SYSTEM ONLY TO MAKE SURE YOU'LL PAY AN EXTRA £80/MONTH, as you need to have it adjusted regularly, with the clipper system, you don't need to go back. Each time I went, they were not apologetic at all and when you pay that much money, the least you expect is being treated well and with respect. The only thing they're good at is offering you drinks, maybe they should open a bar instead.

   I had an amazing experience in the salon. I felt pampered and cared for. Staff were really welcoming and friendly. It was a last minute appointment and they managed to fit me in and did an amazing job. My hair is gorgeous, and I feel amazing. They were very reasonable. So sorry for getting green dye everywhere. If I lived closer, I would definitely choose to come back.

   I went for a haircut today with Sarah, my hair was dull and cut unevenly (from a previous salon which I will not be going back to). I asked for face framing pieces and some long layers as my hairs always been the one length and my hair looks amazing never been happier with it!! Highly highly recommend ! Everything from the cut to the wash was amazing, hair smells lovely and she really took her time washing it which I loved! New go to salon definitely be returning to Sarah. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

   1. The hairdresser was too quick, like she had other commitments. 2. She didn't listen to my request. I asked to keep it long. She cut my hair really short like an US marine soldier. I kept calm but I am really annoyed about the service. I'll never go back. In sum, really poor quality and no customer attention.

   Amazing, place all round. Sarah does me an amazing curly blow. Staff, experience, service, friendliness all outstanding.    I had a wonderful experience for my first time at this salon. I had Sarah who done half a head of highlights with wash cut and blow. Throughout she made me feel welcome and comfortable and I am in love with my hair, the outcome is better than what I expected. I will definitely be returning returning for my hair appointments going forward. Salon is spotless and modern yet really welcoming.
