The staff couldn't do enough for us and always friendly. The grounds were so beautiful and well maintained. We stayed in four hotels while on tour and this hotel was without doubt the best by far. “HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Stayed here for a trip to Anfield, £6 taxi to the stadium, the rooms were really big and had loads of space, shower was amazing, so handy to have access to a kitchen and amazing value. Will be back!”

“We arrived here for a one night stay over the bank holiday weekend and we're greeted by a very friendly lady on reception. We had a nice big room with a fridge, kettle, hair dryer, bath and TV. The location is perfect, only a 10 minute stroll into town. Comfy bed and and a great breakfast too. A big thank you to all the staff for your hospitality, we will be back soon.”

“Nice, clean and big rooms. I didn't use the kitchen but it seemed clean too. Common area with Pool table and TV. Only for the hostel I would give 4 stars but the service is worth 5: Forgot a t-shirt in the hostel and they send it to me! Thanks for this.”

“Brand new hotel. 15 mins of walk from city center and 20 mins of walk for Liverpool lime station. Amazing rooms, off season cheap rates. Very good facilities. Facilities like, very big communal space for friends and family, common kitchen to cook or heat the food. Bus stops outside the hotel for city center. Staff very informative, supportive and friendly. They charge you £100 per night deposit which they will return you as soon as you check out, if the room condition is as it is, and no damages. Highly recommend place for overnight stay.”

“Best location and I lived there for more than 5 months. The owner is very kind and helpful. It is nearly 5 mins walk to beautiful Sefton park. Bus stop is in front of the building and it’s very easy to travel to Liverpool central . Overall best place and recommended for students and family. Appliances available: fridge,washing machines,kettle,oven and more.”

“We stayed here a few weeks ago and it was a really pleasant stay. Rooms were good and staff were helpful when I asked for more milk. Our room was across from the amphitheatre and it was close to other bars. It's about a 15 minute walk from Chester train station.”

“We stayed over for the night, having our check in made so easy by receiving a text a few hours with instructions before checking in allowed made it smooth for us after travelling a few hours. Dean made our stay the best possible by ensuring we had everything we needed. We did the tour of the stadium the following day which meant we were in the perfect location with it being across the road!”

“Fox street studios were nice. We were able to park right outside for free without restrictions. Outside of the building might look a bit dated but the inside was very modern. There is a Sainsburys supermarket about a 10 minute walk down the road and the studios are a 30 minute walk from Albert Dock, even less to the city centre. We also had a great view of the city from our 1st floor room. Overall a nice place.”

“Definitely worth the money paid. A wonderful atmosphere, a common room with a TV is heated by firewood, there are tables in the yard where you can eat and a kitchen to prepare food. But a bit too much different brokenness everywhere, it's part of the atmosphere, but I'd rather remove it all. The staff is simply wonderful and kind.”

“With this property in use for emergency accommodation for people in need mainly through situations out of their control. The staff couldn't have been any better at listening, empathising and making sure that all residents were treated equal and kept as safe as possible during their extended stay.”

“The Joker Boat is a great place to stay. A short walk to Albert Docks for restaurants and The Beatles museum. The boat is well stocked with everything you need and is spotlessly clean. Check in and out is easy and friendly. Its located at the yacht club and was a peaceful nights sleep in a comfortable bed. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Liverpool.”

“Just missing the finishing touches, Bathroom shower gel and shampoo. Some instructions on how to turn fans off would help. Had two rooms but had to use the one with without curved windows as there was nothing to blank the light out.”
