Excellent value for money, fully self-service check-in, adequate room amenities, and very clean. The surrounding area is quiet, about a 30-minute walk to downtown, and the bus stop is just across the street. I'll definitely stay there next time...

Very poorly. The walls are like paper, you can hear everything from the corridor of neighboring rooms. There are mice in the rooms. Despite the ban, they smoke in the corridor and it smells like cigarettes.
Flat was comfortable enough, but if you have a neighbor who cannot sit still or someone upstairs that likes banging around it gets annoying, especially at 3am. Communal stairway was rotten and stinking. Lift was broken. Location is good for city centre
