This place offers studio flats, so a room where you sleep with a build in kitchen and a batchroom. They have various options from one person to up to 3 in one accommodation. Staf is helpful and kind, and the place is kept clean. The price you pay depends on when you book. It is located at the heart of the city so it can be lively during weekends. Greate for parties but would be caution when staying with little childrean.

With this property in use for emergency accommodation for people in need mainly through situations out of their control. The staff couldn't have been any better at listening, empathising and making sure that all residents were treated equal and kept as safe as possible during their extended stay.

I had booked to stay there but they then cancelled it on me a week before I stayed there apparently due to a long term guest staying there. My first point is why accept any more booking over 3 weeks ago and secondly to point out because it was cancelled last minute, I had to pay an extra £120 to book an alternative apartment for just 2 nights. BE CAREFUL BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY - TAKE BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

Me and my partner stayed here for a night. Receptionist and staff were extremely helpful and amazing, 24 hour service, beds and rooms were spotless. Thank-you becky and daisy xxx

Staff were very good indeed, however the actual rooms are a lot smaller than they let on. Our room had one cracked window and one with a broken seal, meaning it couldn't be closed. As the rooms are so small the built-in fridge is very close to the bed and kept me awake but this isn't the hotel's fault. As the window was broken we were also kept awake by the seagulls screaming all night. Great staff and excellent location, rooms very clean and well presented. Check the windows in room 65.

Reception was great and the room was good too no complaints but my deposit was taken away from me when there a was a broken table in the already. Have contacted the property a few times but no response, as a student having my deposit taken from wasn’t the best of surprises. So if you want your money taken, enjoy booking :)

I would never stop at this “hotel” again. Our room was next on the ground floor and next to the staff room. On the first night we got back to the hotel room at 00:30 and was kept awake all through the night because of a mix of a few things. The quality of the windows were horrendous, you could hear every noise outside, whether it be people walking past or music from nearby bars. The staff room door was being opened every 20-30 mins and was just being left to slam behind them, these doors are heavy so they make a loud bang when they slam shut. We complained about the banging doors the next morning and they said it was the security staff and would let them know, but it was exactly the same the next night. The blinds in the hotel room may as well not be there. As soon as the sun came up, the room was so light that it then woke us from what little sleep we had. In the “kitchen” area, we had no bowls, and no pans or oven trays so even if we wanted to use the facilities, we couldn’t. The “single bed” was just a cheap leather sofa that folds into a bed which was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever laid on and left me with a bad back, yet our friends in other rooms had a proper single bed. I’ve tried emailing for a refund but the company doesn’t email back at all. I’m very disgusted with the service from this hotel and from the room. I’ll never consider going back again
