Nothing could be worse about this place. If I could rate it a zero, I would. Less than 24 hours score the rugby game we were going to they cancelled the booking because of a fake water leak
DO NOT BOOK HERE , ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE IS AN EVENT - ENGLAND VS AUSTRALIA OR LIVERPOOL GAME. CANCELS FOR MORE MONEY THEN LEAVES YOU STRANDED STAY WELL WELL AWAY!!!
DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! Did not give us the code for the room on the day, asked us to cancel as he sold the room to someone else. Checking reviews he does this every match day for Liverpool and Everton.
First of all, 4 star Hotel? Seriously? This place was a case of needs must, every other place was in the hundreds for Springsteen, so we had to shell out near £150, room has wafer thin walls, not particularly clean, smelt of smoke as soon as you opened the door,tv not getting any reception, two wall sockets had no power, DO bring your own b0g paper, half a roll on display when we arrived! Only plus point was just 20 mins walk to Anfield, all roads nearby are permit parking for the majority of the year, but you can park in Fordham St opposite McDs which isn't.
Poor communication, got messed around by owner. Wrong dates and name on booking confirmation.Had to book somewhere else for reassurance. Would of felt better about it if recieved more professional messages.

Rooms were clean, tidy and all accessories brand new and not something you get with some of the major companies. Nicely presented tea and coffee tray and kettle. Ideally located for travelling into the City for the sights and entertainment
