Stayed here while visiting Liverpool. Very clean and tidy rooms. It's by the river Mersey and not overly expensive.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Perfect location. Great view of the dock. Very polite and helpful staff. The rooms are dated but we don’t care, we are out all day, and this hotel is perfect for us to rest, shower, and sleep. Will definitely book again for another holiday in Liverpool.

Horrible beds and pillows (woke up with neck and back pain). Room was clean but scruffy & tired. Staff were friendly and the location was ideal for the Arena. Breakfast was mediocre (we pre-paid for the 2 mornings we were there but didn’t bother on the second morning & went elsewhere). There was a staff member wiping down tables then shaking off her cloth next to where people were eating which wasn’t great. Personally I wouldn’t stay here if I was on my own. The restaurant & reception is in a building next door to where the rooms are and there’s no security to the outside door of the hotel room block. It’s an automatic door and anyone can walk in off the street - don’t need to use your key card to get in for example and no staff member present like at reception. This wasn’t a cheap hotel to book and I definitely wouldn’t stay again.

Arrived at the hotel around 8ish. The room I was given was dirty. The sheets were old and bobbly and to make things worse there were pubic hairs in the bed. The bathroom also was not clean, again hairs on the toilet. The room also had only one plug socket. The receptionist was very helpful and switched rooms with no issues. The new room was cleaner, but had a broken n light fitting with cobwebs. The whole hotel is very dated, and tired and in need of a refurbishment . Despite staying mid week for work, the hotel is extremely noisy, constantly has people smoke right outside the entrance, you can hear people’s conversations in the rooms next to you. Not ideal when you’re up early for work! The only positive I can say about this hotel is the staff, they are helpful friendly and polite! If you’re in need of a budget hotel the Dolby in the same car park (although dated is at least clean!)

The pillows deserve 5 stars - great sleep. The whole hotel and rooms are a little outdated but perfectly fine. Great location for everything in Liverpool. Good water pressure for a nice shower. Restaurant is cozy and has everything you need. Parking costs overnight which is not great. Nice views of the docks. Overall a pleasant cheap experience.

Great location with free parking available on site, which is a huge bonus in this location. Rooms in need òf an upgrade at the moment but very clean and great overall service concept. Nice staff . Would have been a five star for service but for accident in lounge area with no follow up. However, would still definitely recommend.

Room was presented well, plug sockets weren't practical. And one was unsafe to use. Check in was warm and welcoming, check out wasn't as friendly sadly. Facilities were good and clean. Was very quiet considering my room was main road facing where a 24hour Mcdonalds was. Overall happy with experience. Would stay again.

The staff at check in, the bar and restaurant were all really nice and attentive. The location is great is you're wanting to go around the docks or the Baltic Market. The rooms are dated and the bed uncomfortable (new mattresses needed!), but otherwise OK.

This hotel is in a great location to see all the sights. Very easy access. The breakfast was great and delicious. They had lots on offer. The staff are very helpful and friendly and always willing to help as well ☺️ The room is the reason for a lower rating. It was clean but everything was very dated and old. The pillows were super soft and even with two of them it was not good enough. The bed was also uncomfortable. Could also do with some hand towels.

Very much a budget hotel, so don't expect more than that. Fine for a short stay. The location is very good for Liverpool's waterfront: M&S Bank Arena, Albert Dock etc. Rooms are basic and showing their age, but comfortable and slept fine. I had to move rooms due to a fault but staff were friendly and made arrangements quickly without any fuss. Bar & restaurant is pleasant and they have a little shop by reception.
