   Avoid at all costs!! This is hell on earth, the area is not very welcoming and we received the flat in filthy condition, we told them about it and they said they will clean it soon, like you guessed no one came and we had to clean it ourselves! I don’t even know what’s the point of having people pay a cleaning fee if you are not gonna clean, there was a problem with the electricity that they had to evacuate a whole block! Not mentioning the water outage as well as wifi problems. On top of that after our tenancy ended the landlord did not agree to release the deposit and said around a 1000 pounds will be deducted for cleaning and damage! Like we received the flat in a good condition! This is a complete joke.

   Honestly, one of the worst flats I have ever rented. The room itself is okay. A little bit like modern student accommodation. But the surrounding area is dreadful. The streets are almost post apocalyptic. Outside of the flats there is trash and rubbish everywhere. The burned down building next door is a hazard. The building itself is bad too. There are constant issues with outages electrical and water. Seriously, I think an argument could be made that this place should be condemned. Shame on the property management for being so bad at their jobs. Shame on the estate agents and landlords for not pushing to fix these problems and pushing for better living conditions. Shame on the council for not forcing the first two organisations to be better.

   The room was small, but well fitted out. A few additional hooks and shelves would be helpful. Also only two sets of dishes was sometimes annoying and no teaspoons. It was nice in the room even if, the local surroundings were a bit rundown. The place was well placed for buses to town and other areas of Liverpool

   Fox street studios were nice. We were able to park right outside for free without restrictions. Outside of the building might look a bit dated but the inside was very modern. There is a Sainsburys supermarket about a 10 minute walk down the road and the studios are a 30 minute walk from Albert Dock, even less to the city centre. We also had a great view of the city from our 1st floor room. Overall a nice place.

   DO NOT LIVE OR STAY HERE. I lived here with a friend for under a year. We witnessed multiple traumatic events here, ones that can be found in news articles by doing a quick Google search of the address. We are both students and after witnessing these events, the lettings agency we were with offered no support at all, our company was extremely unprofessional, and we constantly felt unsafe and on edge. To this day I deal with symptoms of PTSD after what happened here, and the way this company handled the event did not help the case. There are issues with rats, at one point the bins were so overloaded as they had not been emptied that it was attracting both seagulls and rats. The wifi is absolutely horrendous, we were told this would be fixed months into moving in but up until we moved out this was never resolved. The fire alarm was constantly being set off, which led residents to not even bother to evacuate the building as everyone would assume it was a false alarm as it always was, which is extremely dangerous. The area is disgusting, and the building is right next to an abandoned, unfinished building that looks awful. Don't stay here if you want to feel safe at night.

   Apartment was nice and clean but it was in a rough area. Beds were lumpy but sheets and towels were lovely. There's a Lift so you don't have to carry bags upstairs Town centre was about 10 minutes away but I wouldn't walk back in the dark. Taxi was only £5. Easy to check in and out. Couldn't make WiFi work

   My experience was not nice. First, the surroundings are not well-lit in my case that I needed to get there by bus and by foot. then the bedroom quite not very welcoming, I'd suggest put a bedside table and an extra table to put your things on. Uncomfortable bed, I could feel the springs. In general it's not a cosy place to stay in. I didnt want to spend another night there that checked out a night before the agreement.
