   Lovely sized rooms and good servixe. But what tou need ti be aware of is that the hotel is near several bars, restaurants and clubs so can be noisy at night. F3om about 9.00 we couldhwar very loud musix (house, trance) all the qay to about 1.30.it was if the muaic was being played next door. Also a lot of niise from people outaide.

   We recently stayed here for a night. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the lobby smells amazing. I love the fact that the rooms are themed. We stayed in Polo and it was lovely, beautifully decorated and plenty of space for two people with a microwave and toaster for people wanting to do a bit of self-catering. The location is great too as it is very central within Chester and not far from the shops and local restaurants. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant of it's own, however, we did not have an issue with this as there are so many great places nearby to eat. The room had a mini bar in it as well for drinks and snacks, which were very reasonably priced (this is hard to come by in hotels these days!). The staff were also lovely and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We'll definitely be back here again. I want to see how many of the different themed rooms we can stay in!

   I was really impressed with The Hotel Chester. The décor and attention to detail were beautiful, and the room was spotless. The location also made getting around very easy. The staff were wonderful especially Lauren, who was incredibly friendly and professional. P.S. I absolutely loved the fresh, pleasant scent throughout the hotel.❤️

   Lauren was amazing, very helpful and friendly. Sorted a room for us even though we arrived early. The place was spotless, loved the mini bar with very feasible pricing. Fresh milk provided, plenty of coffee and tea choices and a jar of sweets too! For the price and great location this place is amazing and we will definitely staying here whenever we visit Chester. Would have loved to have stayed longer but we will definitely do that next time.

   Excellent location and great value for the quality. Very attentive staff who communicated from start to finish to ensure our stay went smoothly. Aimee and Shannon were amazing. Loved staying in the zoo and the upgrade package was definitely worth it. Can't wait to be back

   Stayed in the spa room for valentines and it was perfect. Greeted by a lovely member of staff at the front desk who escorted us to our room and assisted with our bags. The room was spotless and was stocked up with drinks and snacks. Perfect location opposite Opera Grill and walking distance to Hickories for breakfast. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

   We had such a fantastic time at The Hotel Chester. On arrival, we were warmly greeted, booked in and offered such lovely hospitality. I had booked this place as an anniversary special occasion, and I can verify that the Gold Romance Package went down a treat. I would highly recommend to those looking for a romantic trip away. As this was a special occasion, I was given a free upgrade to the Money Penny apartment, which was delightful. There was plenty of tea and biscuits, and other hot drinks, left for us to enjoy. There is also plenty available in the mini bar if that takes your fancy. The flat also has everything you could wish for. The staff were also very polite and friendly and are more than happy to help with housekeeping if desired. We were really looked after here, and on checking out were even given cupcakes to take home with us. We shall definitely visit again.

   Incredible service by the lovely Rhiannon and her team throughout our stay. Lots of special touches, including a free upgrade for our Anniversary along with a card and sweets in the room waiting for us. We stayed in the gorgeous Safari room, which had a lovely large hot-tub as well as a very comfortable bed! We absolutely loved our stay with complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate & milk in the fridge. Fabulous location, there is a car park literally next door and short walk away from bars and restaurants. Thank you all for making our day extra special with all of your lovely touches. We will definitely be returning.

   The apartment was fabulous and spacious. Everything possible, was provided for a short stay. We stayed in 'Ralph'. The decor was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Would have been nicer with a larger bathroom, but it was sufficient. Racks to put luggage on would have been useful, and net curtains would have enabled the curtains to be drawn open. A few little niggles, but thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would certainly stay there again. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
