   First time with this hotel but definitely won't be the last. Great friendly service We got given a free drink as our room wasn't just ready as we arrived so thay was a bonus. The hotel is just right for being close enough to the city but also far enough out of the city so you dont get all the noise from people leaving after a night out. The breakfast in the morning was probably the best I have had everything was cooked perfectly and a great choice of food.

   We spent two nights at the Indigo Hotel in Chester. Our room was clean, whimsical, and very comfortable. They left plenty of towels, tea, cookies, and a variety of waters (sparkling and flavored) in our room. We had a good breakfast both mornings. The continental had lots of savory and sweet options, and the cook was making eggs and things fresh, so our food was hot. A server brought us hot tea and checked in on us. Be sure to park in the Pepper Street car park. It is a short walk away next to the Roman amphitheatre. The hotel is near all the downtown attractions, restraurants, and Christmas Market. Once we parked our car, we left it there and explored on foot. We would absolutely stay here again!

   A surprising hotel! From the outside it looks like another modern hotel in the middle of a city, but when you go inside everything looks different. The design, the furniture, the atmosphere of an old boutique hotel. And make no mistake! It is wonderfully maintained. A large part of the rooms are accessible rooms, so the doors are large, the passages are wide, and it includes special equipment in the showers for people with disabilities. (See the photos). The hotel has an excellent restaurant and bar and a staff that provides service with pleasure.

   Staff very friendly, especially the Breakfast Manager first thing in the morning. The Forge Restaurant is excellent, the food is delicious. The Chester main street is literally 2 minutes from the hotel and all attractions are within walking distance. We were however very disappointed with our room, Kingsize, too small, no comfortable seating, no ventilation, poor air conditioning, window was frosted, therefore no view and no window to open for fresh air. Bed not very comfortable, mattress too high for a 5ft 3in person to get into bed easily. In our view, it certainly wasn't worth the price for a 4 night stay.

   Had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The staff were so accommodating, had to extend our stay by a night and it was no issue. Rooms were lovely and clean, the beds were very comfortable. Location was fantastic. I would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat.

   Hotel Indigo was fantastic, especially Steve and Luigi. They welcomed us each morning at breakfast with cheery attitudes and great service. The breakfast food was good and plentiful - lots of French press coffee. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. You are a short walking distance (less than 1/2 mile) to tons of restaurants, shopping, city walk, and train station. The room was great too, but the bed was a little hard and there wasn't much in the way of storage for our clothes. The bathroom was new with a great shower.

   Lovely staff. Loved this hotel for our weekend away. Good breakfast too! Clean and cosy room. Wheelchair accessible rooms available we had a roll in shower. There is also one wheelchair parking space at the hotel that behind the front wall next to the windows of the restaurant.

   Such a great hotel. The staff,the food and the rooms are fantastic. Such a nice environment to eat and drink in. The bedrooms are so nice with lots of free treats. Only 5 minutes walk from the city centre. Subsidised parking is available in the multi storey 5-10 minute walk for £12 for 24hrs. Will definitely be our go to hotel when we visit Chester again.

   Not happy paid for deluxe room (which wasn't cheap) only to get a standard room asked for a walk in shower due to arthritis and got a bath and step into shower. When went to ask at front desk told fully booked.this had put a dampener on our weekend away. Food buffet in morning well recommended. Chef had made an absolutely gorgeous vegetarian breakfast for myself and caters for all other dietary requirements.

   This beautiful and luxurious boutique hotel offers comfort and quality. As you can see from the photographs, the rooms are stylish, well equipped, very clean and well maintained. The location is quiet but very close to many wonderful shops. The staff are friendly and helpful, however, we did experience difficulties at breakfast, I have to say that service could have been better, more welcoming and less formal when compared with many other hotels. Sadly, the hotel was unable to provide a late checkout.
