Great place to stay so central. Clean, spacious and everything as described. Communication was good and any questions were answered quickly. Liverpool is a great place to visit and these apartments did not disappoint. Will have no hesitation in returning or recommending to family and friends
Perfect stay! We do travel to Liverpool once a year, and this apartment was the best we‘ve ever had! So clean, not loud anywhere! Bold Street right next to it, Docks also not far away! 100% again!!
We absolutely loved our stay at 44 Renshaw Street! The accommodation was spotless, modern, and really comfortable — everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t have been better, with plenty of great restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the hosts were fantastic with communication from start to finish, making everything effortless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend!
Great location! Walking distance to all the bars, shops, and train stations. Easy access for check in and checkout with the option to extend these timings if needed. Apartment was bigger than the pictures which was great. Very tidy and clean. Nice welcome pack. Will be returning. Thanks!
The apartment was just so perfect. We were celebrating a friend’s 60th birthday and had chosen the apartment because of its location and decor. We were not disappointed. The apartment was fresh and clean with extras which made it so special. The welcome pack was fantastic and the room spray a lovely extra touch! Both bathrooms were spotlessly clean and showers were amazing! Entry codes for front door and apartment are so easy to use.. much better than a key! Communication with owners so smooth and uncomplicated. We will most definitely return in the fire and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends.
Genuinely one of the best places I've stayed. The rooms are so well thought out with plug sockets by mirrors, complimentary tea, coffee and chocolates, toiletries etc. I treated a friend for the weekend and she felt so spoilt. Coffee shop just next door does amazing food and it's in such a good location. 24hr secure parking just behind. For the quality of the stay and location it's just perfect. We wished we could have spent more time on the balcony but that would be perfect in summer months when it's a bit warmer. Definitely stay again!

The apartment was beautifully decorated, the location was amazing. The weather was appalling on the day we arrived, and I was very pleased to discover the temperature in the apartment was perfect - not too cold and not too hot. The foyer to the building is tasteful, modern and impressive. I would definitely recommend the apartment block, we didn't experience any noise or disruption, which can often be the case in city centre apartments, especially at the weekend. We will definitely be back.
Rooms were immaculately clean 10/10 for hygiene. Perfect location in town close to the train station & only a minutes walk from restaurants on bold street. Town is only at minimum 3 minutes walk away. Was offered a late checkout for a low price also. Was surprisingly quiet also considering location to town, supplied us with all the things we needed so didn’t have to bring any extras like towels. Easy to check in also! 10/10 for overall experience.
Amazing apartment and great central location. When the windows were shut the flat was so quiet, you would not know your were in the city centre. Earplugs provided. The property was spotless and very nicely decorated, we had such a relaxing time. The roof terrace was a lovely touch. Deposit was returned within a few hours of check out. Would stay here again and highly recommend. Thanks so much!
