We were so nervous about leaving our cats in a cattery for the first time, but Helen was really great - she looked after them really well and even sent us a little video during the week so that we could see they were fine. We would definitely leave our cats with Helen again.
This is the first time our elderly cat has stayed in a Cattery. Helen was excellent very good communication. The Cattery was clean in a lovely (remote) location and Helen was very welcoming. Very happy with HMC Petcare and would certainly use them again. Good value for money too.
I always send my cat to HMC pet care when I am away. They are absolutely lovely and the facilities for each cat are wonderful. They treat my Mr Smokey as if he is one of his own and he always comes back to us calm and happy. It’s a real weight off our mind to put him somewhere he is happy and cared for. The team are flexible if we need to extend and very communicative. Can’t rate them highly enough.
We have just collected Lucky and Toby after a nine night stay at the cattery, they have come back happy and well cared for, both our cats are very anxious and the owner knew this but with the excellent care they received they soon felt like they were at home. This cattery and kennels was recommended to us by a family friend and we are so glad we picked HMC petcare and we will be using these for any future holidays we have. Thank you taking such good care of our fur babies.
Wonderful cattery! I was very nervous about finding the right place for my shy cat during her first few stays in a cattery. Helen is absolutely wonderful and really took the time to make my little fur baby feel comfortable and confident! Helen sends regular updates and it's been a huge relief to see how well she settled in, I know she is in good hands and well looked after when staying here!
I am very fussy about where I leave my dog. He is like my baby and he suffers with separation anxiety. When I drop him off he is always happy to see Helen tail wagging and he is happy to go with her, so I know he is well looked after. I would definitely recommend.
Our dog is very nervous, and is very clingy to us. However whenever we drop him off here he has the best time. Once through the gates he makes a beeline for Helen, she is so lovely with him. When we go to collect him he just wants to stay and play! I wouldn't trust him to stay anywhere else, he is always safe and cared for there, I really recommend it.
Love this place, so does my dog! Helen really understands dogs and gives them a great time. Dog comes home tired but happy (unlike the stressed-out dog I have picked up from some other places that I won't name). I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Having recently flown our cat back to UK from Saudi Arabia we needed a cattery and came upon here. Absolutely recommend here, the owners are brilliant and are genuinely caring about the pets in their care. Will use always. They also do dog grooming here, our dog, also recently back in UK, is very shy, but absolutely loves Georgia and can't wait to get out of the car. All in all, very happy customer
