   The hotel is a perfect location for tranquility and peace. The surrounding area is clean and spacious. The staff are extremely helpful and the service is excellent. Stayed in room 826 on the eighth floor and great view of the river mersey and the wheel of liverpool. The room is spacious, clean, has a safe and also a mini fridge. The breakfast has a good selection of food /drinks with great service from the staff. will definitely return here to stay again.

   We stayed in an Executive room facing the arena with a side view of the mersey. Free Mini bar was great and the curtain through to the bathroom made the room feel much bigger. Comfy beds and the coffee was lovely. Hair dryer and ironing facilities in the room. Everything we needed. We were even pleasantly surprised that there was entertainment in the evening in the lounge. Perfect stay.

   We stayed at the Pullman Hotel Liverpool on 14th November in Room 739 to celebrate our anniversary, and the whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. Jon on Concierge was fantastic — polite, attentive, and always checking that we had everything we needed. Paul in the restaurant gave us such warm and friendly service at breakfast, making sure every detail was taken care of. We also dined in the restaurant in the evening, and the food was truly sublime — a huge compliment to the chefs for a wonderful meal. A special thank you to Rebekah for the beautiful anniversary card left in our room, and to the chef who prepared a personalised anniversary cake for us. These thoughtful touches made our celebration even more memorable. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and a real credit to the hotel. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend the Pullman Hotel Liverpool. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

   I recently stayed at the Pullman Hotel Liverpool while attending a convention, and overall, it was an excellent experience. The location is outstanding, being just a short distance from the convention centre, which made it extremely convenient throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, providing a high standard of service and ensuring that all our needs were met. As a wheelchair user, I was particularly impressed by the level of accessibility and the helpfulness of the team in making sure everything was comfortable and easy to navigate. Our room was spacious, clean, and very well maintained, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The food in the restaurant was, for the most part, excellent, with a good range of options available. Unfortunately, the pizza was somewhat disappointing in both taste and quality, and we were not offered a refund for it. However, all the other dishes we tried were delicious and well presented. Despite this minor issue, our overall experience was extremely positive. I would not hesitate to recommend the Pullman Hotel Liverpool to others, particularly those attending events at the convention centre or seeking accessible, comfortable accommodation in a prime location.

   Clean room. Helpful staff. Comfy beds. Nice view of the docks from the window. It would’ve been nice to be given more than one bath robe as there were two of us staying though. Amenities provided were great. Shower is lovely. Good variation at breakfast

   A well deserved 4 star hotel. I'd say the service is a 5 star without a doubt. I was only planning to stay a night but it was too enjoyable that I stayed for another night. Great for those driving as the parking is just beside the hotel. It's £18 though. The view in the room was great. The breakfast was really good. The black pudding is especially good for me as it's the firmer kind. Loved the fresh fruit selection and the juices. The lady at the reception for breakfast was very friendly too. I also had snacks at the bar. It did take quite a while but it was worth the wait. Would be perfect if they had a pool! Would definitely come back again.

   We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was huge and looked very impressive. Along side of the Mersey, and within walking distance of everything. The room was very big and really lovely, the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was huge. A really nice breakfast each morning, lots to choose from.

   Fantastic hotel! Stayed there for 4 nights in May 2022 in the Deluxe Premium room and it was clean and spacious. Hotel staff were amazing. Staff was fast and getting us extra shampoos and shower gels, mini fridge fully stocked up every day, catering staff were great and food was delicious. Drinks from the bar were made perfectly. Room service was quick and price wasn't too bad. Wanted to stay here again in November for another trip but was booked up. Will definitely try and stay here again next year for a romantic getaway.
