   We got married here on 11th October 2025 and our day couldn't have gone any better. We managed to have the ceremony outside in the wonderful pavilion. The staff were wonderful as soon as we booked our date and were outstanding on the day making sure everything went perfectly, which it did. I would recommend Briars Hall without a doubt. We have had so many compliments from our friends and family about the day.

   On 6th September 2025, we celebrated our wedding at Briars Hall, and it truly was an amazing day that we are deeply grateful for. From our very first visit, we knew Briars Hall was the perfect venue for us. The offer of comfortable indoor spaces and charming gardens gave us the flexibility to choose between an indoor or outdoor ceremony based on the weather, providing plenty of room for our younger guests to run around and our more mature guests to relax. Additionally, the venue had ample accommodation for our guests, ensuring everyone could stay over and enjoy breakfast with us the next day. In the lead-up to the big day, the team at Briars Hall displayed endless patience, answering our many questions with prompt and detailed responses. Their attentive support helped us feel confident and well-prepared. Special thanks to Mark, Stephen, Lauren, Karen, and the entire team, whose professionalism and friendly approach were evident throughout. Every staff member contributed to creating a warm and organised atmosphere. On the day itself, the staff were polite and attentive without being intrusive, ensuring everything ran smoothly. They also worked seamlessly with our external professionals, Kevin Brown Photography and Amanda Borg, our talented make-up artist. The coordination between the Briars Hall team and all our suppliers was flawless, ensuring that every detail was perfectly managed. Their collaborative spirit and clear communication helped create a relaxed environment, allowing Kevin and Amanda to focus on their craft without any logistical concerns. Thanks to the dedication and expertise of the Briars Hall team, our wedding day went seamlessly. Our guests had a fantastic time, and we’ve received countless compliments on the delicious food, exceptional service, and the overall experience. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of venue and the wonderful memories created there.

   We had our wedding here on Friday 17th October 2025 ... I want to say a massive THANK YOU to Lauren, steve, Karen and all the rest of the team at Briars Hall, our wedding was amazing the service was more than first class from the first initial visit to the Hotel when looking for a venue , Lauren was so welcoming on our arrival and took us around the hotel and explained the wedding package available, she was so lovely and professional towards us .... The wedding package was tailored perfectly to our needs and very reasonably priced . The whole day was excellent nothing was too much trouble for the staff and a real family vibe was portrayed and we felt completely looked after and at home throughout the day . The food and entertainment provided was excellent . We had lots of positive comments from our guests about the quality of the food and drinks provided for the the toast . The rooms are spotlessly clean and have all you need for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend Briars Hall for your wedding . I feel Briars Hall and all the staff will always have a special place in our heart and will always be our happy place ❤️ We will be back soon .x x x

   Me and my new husband got married here on 30/08/25. From the moment we booked our wedding to the actual wedding date, the whole team were so helpful. Keeping in touch with us, booking us in for meetings with wedding planner, food tasting sessions, testing of music, someone was always happy to help no matter what issue we had! Their attention to detail, time keeping, making sure the day was smooth running!! Adjusting meals last minute due to a mix up, They literally bent over backwards to give us the best day we could ever have imagined. The whole team is so friendly, welcoming and reassuring! The rooms were lovely, clean and tidy! The food WOW, all our guests said how fantastic the food was at our wedding and that the portions were more than enough. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us leading up to and on our wedding day. If we ever did our wedding again we would chose briars hall all over again.    Briars Hall Hotel hosted a very large celebration of life service for me a few weeks ago which was attended by hundreds of people. The whole experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish. So I want to say a massive thank you to all the management and staff at Briars who really took a lot of the stress away from me on an emotional day. The function rooms were beautifully presented, the food was excellent, the service was excellent. The planning and attention to detail to cater for the volume of people who attended was so professionally done. Throughout the whole process communication with Mark, Steve and other staff was superb. I've lost count of the amount of people who gave me amazing feedback on how good the celebration of life party was, though much of the credit should deservedly go to the management and staff at Briars Hall. It was a warm day and guests also made good use of the stunning outside areas of the hotel. I also had family from abroad staying overnight in the hotel who said their stay was excellent. Thanks again guys, I really can't thank you enough.

   Nice place, the room was lovely and spacious with everything you would need but there was a mysterious clicking like a switch being turned on repeatedly. The breakfast was hit and miss, ordered the same thing for 3 mornings and every day the result was different. Lastly we were out past 11pm most evenings and there wasn't a great system for getting back in to the building. Everyone who worked there seems lovely though

   Our Christmas party this afternoon was great. The starter and desert was ok but the main meal was shoddy. It comprised of 1 small slice of processed turkey, 1 inch sized pigs in blanket, 3 sprouts, 3 strips of carrot, 4 hard roast potatoes, a flat tiny piece of stuffing. My friend didn't get any carrot. Not really acceptable.

   Lovely place with lovely staff. Stayed 2 nights for a wedding. Drinks a little pricey , soft drinks on the pump went flat and therefore unavailable, no lemonade only coke in can/bottle. Breakfast was delish.
