   Cheshire Pool Services were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They came out promptly, diagnosed the issue with my hot tub, and even managed to source a rare part without any fuss. The repair was completed incredibly quickly and the lads couldn’t have been more polite. They were punctual, tidy, and left no mess at all. The whole turnaround was far faster than I expected and the price was very competitive. I genuinely can’t recommend Cheshire Pool Services highly enough.

   Chris did an amazing job and I can’t thank him enough and strongly recommend Cheshire Pool Services! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently moved into a new house and had no idea how to use or maintain the pool. Chris took the time to clearly explain everything to us, step by step. He also cleaned the pool, serviced the system, and provided the necessary chemicals to balance the water. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and professional. We're very happy with the service and will definitely continue using Cheshire Pool Services for maintenance.

   Cheshire pool service are an excellent team. Harry comes to service our pool on a regular basis and is efficient, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Chris will accommodate us at short notice if we have a broken part so that our pool is back up and running and safe for our guests to use as soon as possible.

   Cheshire pools has been opening up and winterising our pool for 3 years now since we moved house and became pool owners. We have always received a brilliant service from Chris @ Cheshire pools. He is very responsive and has always resolved any problems we’ve had very quickly and at a reasonable cost. Being newish pool owners it’s always been reassuring that he’s happy to give any advice over the phone when needed. Would definitely recommend.

   We bought a house with a pool and had no idea how to maintain it. Chris was very responsive when I got in touch (on a weekend) and visited promptly to give advice about pool maintenance. He was generous with his time and explained clearly what our options were both for maintenance and refurbishment, not just recommending expensive options each time. I will definitely use Cheshire Pool Services in future and would recommend anyone to get in touch with them.

   The team at Cheshire Pool Services have been fantastic since we met them 18 months ago after moving into our new home. Chris & Ray have carried out regular maintenance in that time to keep our pool in excellent condition. They have also helped us enormously with a few major issues: On one occasion, Chris discovered a huge amount of water that had gathered in a channel running alongside the pool, which we’d been searching for for weeks as we knew we had a leak but couldn’t find it for the life of us! The leak was due to our underfloor heating system (nothing to do with the pool!) but Chris and Ray were only too happy to help and returned to pump all the water out. Had this water not been found, I dread to think what damage it would have caused. More recently, there was a planned power cut on our street and when the electricity came back on, one particular piece of pool equipment did not! The pool filtration pump tripped and failed which began to quickly affect water levels and before long we had water entering the plant room. This was not a straightforward issue to fix and had Chris not acted so quickly to get the pump back up and running I can guarantee we’d have had a whole host of other issues (costing an absolute fortune) to deal with. There are other examples I could mention but you get the idea - Chris and team are extremely dedicated and committed to looking after their customers. They are there for the simple maintenance and they’re there for the massive problems! Chris is incredibly quick to respond to messages/calls, often coming out that same day or the following day depending on how urgent the situation is, which I find is quite unique these days! We can’t thank and recommend them enough. Lucy.

   Chris and the team have been a huge help with getting our swimming pool up to peak working performance. After a series of issues previously (with another company) they've rectified and improved the functionality of the pool and spa and they've also future proofed pool which has been a massive sigh of relief and weight off our minds. We now have a crystal clear pool and jacuzzi and a new chemical dosing system. Chris has been professional, reliable and trustworthy and always been just a call away if we had any questions or worries. Top class, affordable service and wouldn't trust anybody else with our maintenance. Cant thank you enough.

   Cheshire Pool Services have completed a fantastic job, revitalising my liner pool after a year of building works and general neglect. They saved the liner and have brought all consumables up to date, sand filter replacement with glass media, new LED lighting and liner recovery. Overall an excellent result and good value at a time when funds weren't abundant. Thanks to Chris and Ray for their work.
