   Diego has done a few jobs for us over the years and he has just completed some panelling on the stairs. I am extremely happy with the results and as always he gave us advice where to buy the goods for cheapest prices.    Diego was recommended to us by a family friend and his work is truly incredible. He spent just over a week completing a full new bathroom in our house, and to say the least it wasn’t a small job! Everything he did was to perfection and also came with a price that could not be beaten anywhere else. He spent so much time and effort to complete this big job and we are so grateful and thankful for his work! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and will be using him again for more of our home renovations.

   We hired Diego to replace our kitchen sink and tap, and whilst he did do this job, he also left us with a number of issues which he is refusing to come and fix despite them being issues he caused. Issues we are left with are below and on that basis, we will not be using him for future work as he does not complete his work with reasonable care. 1. He drilled a hole in the outside kitchen wall in order to connect the new sink pipes to the outside drainage. He did not fill in the old hole, nor did he fill in the gap around the pipe in the new hole, letting water in and potentially letting vermin in. He told me that he didn’t have any expanding foam to finish this part of the job and therefore I would have to sort it out myself, which was very inappropriate considering this is not a suitable solution for filling the hole and part of the work he was doing. 2. Cupboard door under the sink had no markings and is now damaged as paint has chipped away 3. Cupboard door under the sink was closing flush/correctly but it is now not closing flush/correctly 4. The (integrated) dishwasher door had full movement i.e. it would fully open and close with ease, but will now only open a small amount as it gets wedged at the bottom right hand side where the door is hitting the edge of the wood. To close the dishwasher door, it now requires force and has damaged the door. Diego tried to remove the dishwasher to fit the sink but realised it wouldn’t come out. Instead of putting it back to how it was, he left it and now the dishwasher is uneven/wonky meaning it won’t fully open resulting in us unable to use the dishwasher. He told me it was like this before he arrived but when he arrived to the job, the dishwasher door was open because we asked him if he would be able to take a look at why it wasn’t heating up, to which he responded that it wasn’t in his skill set which was fine.

   Used Diego’s services for first time putting ceiling cladding I’m my bathroom, while doing that I decided to get new ceiling lights and shower head which he helped me find and I went to collect while he carried on with bathroom ceiling. So happy with his work. He’s professional friendly, punctual, honest and reliable, and went above and beyond making my bathroom look like new at the price he quoted. I will definitely be recommending Diego to friends and family and from now on only one number to call for jobs around my home.
