   Claudia was great worked everything in that I wanted, everything great until the delivery was a day late delivering bits & pieces, 4 more attempts to get the rest delivered 5 attempts to have everything on site, a great product has to be said, I paid for delivery for 3rd party driver to complain he needed me to carry items over 3 trips or they got left on the drive, looks great now fitted but never again I would pay the extra & go to Wren , Kitchen fitter pulling his hair out at the poor deliveries & missing parts .

   Good service and advice from friendly and helpful staff. Would have given 5 stars except for 1 of delivered items was incorrect colour, and 1 item was totally wrong, having said that, both items were exchanged without any quibble. Dealt with Terri, who is extremely pleasant and helpful, as are all other staff. The guy that delivered our goods was really helpful and friendly. Quality products at a reasonable price.

   Had Kitchen fitted Jun, induction hob has blown and 8 days before they come out just for a look. Terrible after sales service. Lady has attitude when I said a child is in the home. No hob for a few weeks now. STAY CLEAR….

Our designer, Rebecca (Leigh branch) was excellent and included everything in the quote, we and our kitchen fitter were delighted with quality of units, many thanks.    This has been our first experience doing home improvements. Howdens have been fantastic - particularly Tom Greaves, he guided us through the process and was always on hand to answer any questions and worked closely with our builder and kitchen fitter - without this team we wouldn't have the fantastic end product we've got now. Tom's knowledge, helpfulness and efficiency really made it so much easier for us. Tom was key in arranging the timing of delivery and fitting to ensure there was no hanging around for us having already spent some time without a kitchen. We shopped around we did really well on the price too, the quality of their kitchens is up there with the best. 100% recommend them. Huge thank you Tom. From Suzanne and Gary.
