Nice service, but very high prices! Im in construction for years and getting great deals in other parts of the country,but that place doesn't looking after regular customers, I get much better deals in b&q with only 10%discount.

Did online shopping and spent £500 for delivery, you could not pick a date and a approximate date was assigned to you after payment was completed, the email stated the branch would give me a call to arrange a delivery date. On the approximate date an email was sent to me at 8am to say the items will be delivered between 7am and 1pm, we wasn't in and no arrangement had been made. Phoned the branch and was told they do not do phonecalls or contact customers, arranged a date of delivery but it was an all day call at any time from 07:00 to 17:00 as they do not contact customers. On the day of the delivery I was sent an email at14:15 to tell me that the goods will be with me from 13:00 to 17:00. The whole process is poor from start to finish, sorry but I would never purchases from them again.
