The spa has a calm, elegant atmosphere, beautifully designed to help you switch off and unwind. The treatments were absolutely wonderful – professional, attentive, and tailored to what I needed. The staff really take the time to listen and make sure you’re comfortable throughout. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and well looked after. Whether you’re looking for a pamper day, a bit of self-care, or a special treat, I can’t recommend LA Beauty’s Spa enough. It’s a hidden gem in Aston and definitely worth a visit.”

“I can’t rate Cindy highly enough. I went because I didn’t just want a facial, I wanted expert advice from someone who really knew their stuff. Cindy didn’t disappoint! She was the first person I’d ever talked at length about my skin issues and she put me totally at ease. The facial was amazing, she explained everything to me and talked me through how to care for my skin going forward. I’ve already booked my next session which is the highest praise I can give!”

“Fast service, all the staff are very kind and listen to what you ask for and try their best to accommodate you. They provide water or a hot drink if you would like one, and they are happy to help with whatever you need, e.g. provide a phone charger. My nails were done really well, i asked if they could do something similar to a reference photo i had and they did it perfectly, costing £45. I will definitely come back when I need infills doing!”

“I booked the spa and overnight stay for our 20th wedding anniversary. The spa was wonderful so relaxing and the staff were amazing even preparing us a surprise dessert after our wonderful lunch. The hotel is a beautiful place, our room was perfect. A lot of work has gone into this place to achieve its grandeur. We spent a lovely evening in the bar/restaurant and the food didn’t disappoint and the service was excellent. “I have been going here for over two years now. Was a little nervous when Onah started training up the guys and letting them loose on my nails … I had only trusted Onah before. I worried needlessly my nails are as beautiful as ever … perfectly shaped and the choice of colours never fails to amaze me . Opted for the nicest two tone purple. Had loads of lovely comments about my nails as normal.. well done the training is paying off !!”

“I was asked politely to leave a review by the lady at reception but I did not catch her name, long brown hair. She was very bubbly. I had a very good stay. was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect for getting around. Would definitely stay here again!”

“I came here for business reasons and the hotel staff are magnificent, especially the night team comprising of two wonderful gentleman who deserved every poppadom I brought them. The rooms were comfortable and the shower not too bad! The only reason for a subtraction of a star is the silly glass pane that is used to block water from exiting the shower. It’s ineffective and makes the floor slippery. Please install a permanent fixture that extends further along the bathtub side. I’m no expert on showering appliances, but that’s my personal take on it. I loved the free bottles of water with the room, I find that to be such a wonderful feature of any room I stay in! The spa facilities were alright, the woman was very kind on the front desk. The steam room was far too cold to be classed as one, and had a strange odor to it. I won’t subtract stars for this as it’s not technically part of the hotel’s management. The bar staff were kind to me, especially the long-haired young fellow who made sure I got a lovely chicken Cesar salad for lunch! I recommend staying at this hotel. Parking’s free too!”

“I got an IV drip done by Roma and she is absolutely amazing. Very friendly, a good chat, and she made sure I was always comfortable. Provided me with a bottle of water and snacks if needed. Very clean clean and well put together clinic. Highly recommend. My mum also came in and got a hydrofacial done by Leanne and when she was done with it my mum was over the moon and glowing with the results. Very happy and I’ll be back here again”

I have been extremely happy with my results and would highly recommend to go and see Dr Malcolm for facial aesthetics it’s worth every penny. Aftercare is great too a member of staff phones a week later to check how you are getting on. The whole team are great so friendly and professional. I really look forward to going to Springmount.”
