“Amy was highly recommended to me for my wedding make up for my self and bridal party, very lucky she had my date available so I booked it with her. I then started to book in with her for my nails prior to my wedding, my nails were very short but this was no issue for her. I started to go monthly to her for my nails and very soon realised she is the most lovely, down to earth and genuine person. I absolutely love my monthly nail appointments, my nails have now grown tremendously for the first time in my life. She’s so talented at everything she does from make up to nails to beauty and every nail design is guaranteed perfection. Now to the wedding make up, I could not of picked a better MUA. My make up was flawless, my bridal party looked a million dollars and it felt like we were all getting ready with a friend. Everything was perfection and we had a wonderful morning. She also then helped me get into my wedding shoes and took sneak peak photos and took a beautiful behind the scenes video of my family’s reaction to me and my dad coming down the stairway. “I’ve just finished a 20 minute massage with Emily. Her consultation was thorough & showed an understanding of the issues I was having. She was respectful when consulting afterwards as we were in the reception area with other members of staff behind her. Although it was only a discussion about tension, she valued my privacy and kept the conversation quiet. Despite going there initially due to lots of lower back pain I left feeling lighter in my upper back and encouraged to have another massage. I only wish it could’ve been for longer! Thank you”

“I came here for business reasons and the hotel staff are magnificent, especially the night team comprising of two wonderful gentleman who deserved every poppadom I brought them. The rooms were comfortable and the shower not too bad! The only reason for a subtraction of a star is the silly glass pane that is used to block water from exiting the shower. It’s ineffective and makes the floor slippery. Please install a permanent fixture that extends further along the bathtub side. I’m no expert on showering appliances, but that’s my personal take on it. I loved the free bottles of water with the room, I find that to be such a wonderful feature of any room I stay in! The spa facilities were alright, the woman was very kind on the front desk. The steam room was far too cold to be classed as one, and had a strange odor to it. I won’t subtract stars for this as it’s not technically part of the hotel’s management. The bar staff were kind to me, especially the long-haired young fellow who made sure I got a lovely chicken Cesar salad for lunch! I recommend staying at this hotel. Parking’s free too!”
