All the staff are welcoming and friendly. Beautiful waiting area, drinks offered whilst you wait for your appointment. Excellent Dentist & Hygienists who take the time to look after you making you feel 'as ease' in a calm environment. The treatment rooms are very comfortable when you are having treatment. I normally go to the Matlock practice but needed an emergency appointment and went to Chesterfield. I knew the practice standard would be high because it's the same group but even so I was very impressed. The staff were all lovely, professional and friendly, with a special shout out to Faith and her colleague on reception. Yousef was my dentist and he had the tricky job of trying to repair a snapped off front bridge. He did a fantastic and thorough job but more than that he was so kind and made me feel that he understood how stressful this was for me. I know I've put a lot of detail but choosing a dentist is a huge thing and I've never regretted choosing springmount dental for my care, especially now I know that the amazing standards apply at both practices.
Been coming here now for a while and all the staff are lovely and have time for you. They have a good practice in place to cope with the COVID issues we have all experienced and do not feel worried at all. Chris is lovely and he looks after me with Becky and Alison when I struggle sorting my back teeth out. Thank you Team. Denise and Nicola are lovely and always make you feel welcome. It is a pleasure visiting the practise and feel like they are friends as well as professionals. As always, my recent experience at this practice was excellent. On telephoning with a problem, I was given an appointment within 48 hours. The arrangements for this were clearly described and the appointment confirmed by email. A telephone health check was made the day before the appointment and arrival arrangements confirmed. The process on arrival was efficient, with good safety checks to prevent Covid transmission. My appointment with the dentist was thorough and felt safe for both myself and the practitioners. Everyone I dealt with throughout was friendly, efficient and reassuring. I could not fault the process in any way. Thank you to Anita and the whole team.
Having recently moved into the area I was worried about finding a dentist following over 20 years at my previous surgery. I found Christopher Holden and Associates via a search of the area and chose the practice on the excellent reviews posted. I have now attended twice the latest today for 3 replacement fillings and a scale and polish, not something I was relishing especially in this Covid climate. I need not have worried, the experience was excellent and the precautions taken throughout the entire visit (and my previous one) could not have been better. All staff are efficient and polite and processes throughout are slick and patient focused. On my experience to date I would recommend this dental surgery to others looking for a safe and professional experience.
I have been a patient of this practice for over 50 years .Today i have been for my routine check up with Christopher and also had an appointment with the hygienist . The staff are all very efficient and friendly putting you at ease the minute you step in the door. The treatment is always 1st class and everything is explained clearly before and during treatment. The extra measures put in place to protect everybody from COVID make you feel safe and are very reassuring in this difficult time. I would highly recommend Christopher Holden and Associates . I have been with Christopher Holden for 30 years and had regular check-ups and treatment. During the last year I have been really impressed with the additional steps that have been put in place to ensure, as far as possible, the safety of clients and staff. The practice has always contacted me in good time before appointments to explain its current arrangements and to discuss any concerns I may have, although to date I haven't had any. The dental surgeons and their assistants, the hygienists, and the office management and staff have always been very friendly and approachable.
