“I couldn’t recommend Karen at Serenity Therapies enough. I had reiki yesterday for the first time and it was PHENOMENAL - I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to feel anything but my goodness I did. I have a chronic health condition which over the last few years has completed flattened my spirit which is why I wanted to experience reiki. During the session, I could feel such intense warmth from Karen’s energy, I also felt floaty, and I wanted to fall asleep but I was stopping myself so I could enjoy all I was feeling. At one point I felt like I wanted to laugh just because I couldn’t believe how I was feeling and that I was actually FEELING the energy. I can’t wait to book again. When I arrived I felt so welcomed by Karen, her home is so cosy and welcoming. I am a super anxious socially awkward person - but I felt at complete ease. She makes you feel completed comforted so you can take your time and do what you need to do to be comfortable, even things like offering for me to sit down if I needed to put my shoes back on before I left… without that prompt I would have just struggled standing up lol! “Great service every time!!! The team make every effort to fit you in at short notice too. Lucy is extremely talented and is a natural 'Creative', so definitely in the right job. She has now added tattoo service to her long list of treatments/services. I've already read so many great reviews about her tatooing talents. So looks like she's going to smash this and be as renowned for her tatooing as she is for the other services she has always offered. Sally works there part time and is absolutely great at what she does too. I'm yet to have a treatment by her, but clients leaving her appointments are always very happy . Roz is brilliant. She started the business and like Lucy and Sally, has a very loyal clientele, however Roz's clienteke go back a fair few years longer than Lucys and Sally's. Thats just because she's been there absolutely years n years. Shes a rock to the business, very kind, friendly and also extremely fantastic at what she does. Wouldn't go anywhere else.”
