The other staff i’ve spoken to on the phone have been honest and given me updates on the two occasions I called up, my dog absolutely adored her time there and she didn’t want to leave, and my kitten was anxious at first but as soon as she’d settled in due to the staff being lovely and caring with her, they’ve had their own little holiday whilst i’ve been on holiday!
