Three of us stayed for a night. The room was superb - great view of Manchester's skyline. We had drinks in the bar before heading into Manchester and the serving staff were attentive. The breakfast was the stand-out though - and I'm not referring to the variety/quality of foods on offer, but the service that it was wrapped up with... but I'll come back to that. Whether you're after a cooked breakfast (I very much recommended getting some scrambled eggs or an omelette made up) or a continental breakfast, or coffees or juices there's lots to choose from. There's coffee machines but we opted to get some Flat Whites made up, which were as good as they look on the picture. Honestly, as nice as the food, the atmosphere and the hotel is - it's the service that sets the place apart... from the front desk, to the bar staff and baristas, to the hot food servers - all were superb, but extra credit goes to Kelly, the breakfast manager. I travel a lot with work, I've stayed in many hotels, but I've never been looked after by someone as warm and as engaging as she is. She was always busy and always in control of everything, yet she was always more than happy to take time to get together and have a few laughs with us too. And, because of that, we'll likely be back next year - fingers crossed Kelly and the team are running the breakfast during our stay again!

First and foremost things are the staff, so helpful, kind and attentive. From the Front desk to the restaurants staffs are very good. The breakfast sections were decent, hot food, great evening service. Over all a nice experience, would like to come back again.

I stayed for one night over the weekend and found the reception staff and porters to be phenomenal — a fantastic representation of the Hyatt brand. I’m very appreciative of their help. The room/studio was well thought out in terms of amenities and was spacious. We also had a marvellous view of the Peak District. Unfortunately, Hyatt House lost a point from me due to the breakfast. The selection wasn’t great — I’ve had better breakfasts at Ibis Styles. The service in the restaurant also felt uncoordinated, and our host wasn’t the friendliest, which put a damper on the stay. Please consider reviewing the breakfast offering and guest interactions.

My whole experience was great. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, both at the reception area and in the restaurant. The breakfast was very good with ample selection and seating. The rooms were great- clean, spacious, I had everything I needed

Our stay at Hyatt House Manchester was excellent. The front desk staff were very kind and extremely helpful. Both the dinner and breakfast restaurant staff were also lovely, and the food was very good. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around the city. We had booked connecting rooms and received exactly what we requested — the rooms were spacious, bright, and comfortable. A great choice for families and anyone visiting Manchester.

In the university area. As Manchester is rather small, one can walk from the hotel to most of the city center. The rooms are fairly decent in size and has built in pantry and any cooking that you may wish to do..... The breakfast was quite good by UK standard and had a good spread Happy to give more than 4 star if some of the desk staff were a bit more happy with their lot in life.

This was our 4th stay and like always we enjoyed it. One of the best Apart Hotels in the UK. Excellent service, the lady (HIBA) at the breakfast counter is an asset to the hotel, she not only greeted us with a smile but is so good with kids. She took great care of all our needs and made our morning breakfasts special. Also, the hotel’s cleanliness is of top level. I would recommend this to anybody who wants a great experience of having a relaxing holiday!!

Another visit another comfy stay. Initially given incorrect rooms but attended to very well by front desk. Great breakfast and friendly service. Bar service again a bit hot and cold. Not sure why but still to be made to feel welcome and comfortable by the staff in there ?

Great self contained apart hotel, got a family room for 4 adults which comprised of 2 rooms, a one bed suite and a studio room connected together. Layout of the rooms are good and compact kitchen and sturdy furniture, though the dining table could do with more chairs (at least two, both rooms only had one). Bathroom is modern though on the small side, however in the one bed suite it is bigger though it seems we were given an accessable bathroom. Location is good for the universities and vibrant oxford road, lots of buses into the city centre. Would stay again.

This location has two Hyatt's the Hyatt House & Hyatt Regency. Offers free breakfast Mon - Fri 6:30 - 9:30 am & Sat/Sun 7-10:30 am, the Laureate restaurant is excellent! The rooms are beautiful and large. We stayed in the Bed & Breakfast part of the Hyatt House room 1316. The rooms were up to date and very clean.
