Right now at this time of writing were in the Savoy, all be it exceptional..... its not quite the stock exchange! This place is probably the best place we have ever stayed.... and we stay everywhere! Russ was just awesome can't rate him highly enough. He showed us around the entire hotel and gave us all the interesting history. People make the place, on top of the hotel being awesome Russ took it up another level. Wish Russ all the best for the future.
The rooms and location are great but the service and hospitality here are second to none. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and funny. We love our breakfasts with Sid and Mario and always appreciate the glass of champagne Nigel provides when we arrive.
Wonderful hotel, beautiful building with great decor and architecture. Amazing restoration of an iconic building. Made to feel very special by the dedicated staff. Loved the bedroom, spacious and high end fixtures and fittings. Superb bed and bathroom. Breakfast was a delight. Couldn't have wished for more. Great experience.

The building itself is stunning, inside and out. Lobby is fairly small and could become tight and busy at peak check in times, however staff were very professional and you even get a complimentary welcome glass of champagne. Room itself was nice, if looking a little tired in parts, however there were premium features and a well stocked mini bar. Tea and coffee making facilities were excellent as well. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was on the strange side and a let down, considering the 5* rating of the hotel, as the shower was not in the bathroom. This meant there was no where to hang your towel. Very strange for a luxury hotel. From arriving and being welcomed with a glass of champagne, right through to check out, the service was second to none. A beautiful hotel with lovely decor and history; The room was well equipped and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and finished off the stay very well! Will definitely visit again.
I have just stayed 2 nights at the stock exchange. From the moment we arrived to the day we left we were so looked looked after. The check in was amazing , we were handed a welcome glass of champagne in the lounge whilst our luggage were taken to our room. We had been upgraded and the room was insane ! The whole team were so welcoming and extremely attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to Jackie and the concierge team you are an absolute credit to this hotel. Can’t wait to come back again.
Stayed 1 night in a double room. Great hotel in an excellent location. Rooms were extremely clean, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was good and the room was well sound-proofed. Staff were very friendly and attentive - the concierge even gave us a little history tour which was interesting. We enjoyed great cocktail in Sterling's Bar after a meal out which had a cosy moody (in a good way!) atmosphere. Would definitely stay again!
Great hotel with fantastic staff! We throughly enjoyed our stay over christmas and would like to thank the stock exchange hotel for providing a fantastic service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The smell as you enter the hotel is absolutely amazing and welcoming. The only criticism I would have hence the 4 stars was the best was not the most comfortable however this is purely personal preference. Once again, Thanks to the team at Stock Exchange Manchester!
My husband and I had a brilliant one night stay here this week. The hotel is perfectly based for shopping and bars restaurants. Room was lovely and the toiletries were the best I’ve had in a hotel room. The welcome drink was a nice touch guys. Thank you.
