Excellent experience from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the staff made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The hotel facilities were well organized and relaxing. Overall, it was great value for money, and I would happily stay here again.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I stayed here for 2.5 months. While the hotel room is good, I had a very pathetic experience with the hotel at the end of my stay when I was imposed with a fine of GBP 250 for drainage cleaning for bathroom that they did after my stay. This is despite the fact that their housekeeping staff was cleaning the washroom on a weekly basis. The drain cleaning is something which is done by every hotel on regular basis for monthly/ bi-monthly maintenance, but you can’t really pass on that expense to the guest. It was all hunky and dory these 2.5 months, but suddenly I was smashed with a £250 fine. How can you really expect the guest to clean the train that too with the professional tools? Very cunningly, they said because of that small drainage cleaning, they couldn’t really rent out that room to another guest for five days- which was a big fat joke to me. I even had a traumatic experience of a drunk guest, entering my room forcefully At 2AM and refusing to leave. They have no security or management or control to prevent these instances. On complaining about the issue, they simply said that this is one of the issue and we can’t really do anything about it. It was literally a joke to me to have a hotel management saying this to a guest who Service had a traumatic experience. If you are going there for a day, it’s fine, but would never recommend anyone for a longer stay. If you Stay there, it’s very important to make a video of the entire room before you leave and Started your stay, so that you can carry a proof.

While the room was very nice and modern and clean, it is not what I expected as an aparthotel booking. Having previously stayed at Staycity Picadilly Manchester I was expecting the same. Here it was a hotel room kitted out with an extra kitchenette area but still no more space. The room we booked was for 2 adults 1 teen. We were informed when we arrived that the housekeeping team had not made up the sofa bed ahead of our arrival so we had to do this ourselves. No offer was made to do this for us. There were only 4 tea bags, one being green tea and one mint, so not much choice or quantity. Positives were location, super comfy king size bed, soft and plump pillows and duvet, large towels, modern room and city view. However, not what expected as an aparthotel booking.

Stayed just the one night but you could easily stay here for a few days. The room we had was on the 19th floor so super quiet without any noise from outside. Top quality SMEG appliances. Kettle, toaster, hot plate and microwave plus dishwasher. They also have a laundry department which you can use for longer stays. Lovely bed linen and comfortable bed. Just loved the rain shower which was powerful and as hot as you wanted it to be. Gorgeous bathroom products too. Just a perfect quick overnight but you could base yourself here if you had to work in Manchester for a few days.

We stayed one night and we were delighted with what we found. The place is clean, smells nice and it is very central in Manchester. The kitchen has wide variety of tools that one can use to cook. On the day we left they also kindly let us leave our bags in the luggage room at no extra cost. The panoramic view from the 9th floor (reception) at sunset was also lovely. We recommend this hotel for any kind of stay, as it’s very comfortable and offers all the things one needs at a reasonable price.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Got a lot of bang for our buck. Never had a hotel provide me with a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher before, even an iron and ironing board which is rare these days. Plenty of complimentary items in the room too such as snacks, coffees and milk to use. Great views and a good night's sleep. Will definitely be coming back again.

Room was very clean and spacious. Full equipped too with a fridge, hob, dishwasher, microwave and more! Plenty of towels. Comfy spacious bed. I got the standard double room and it didn’t have a great view so next time I will be getting a higher classed room. This hotel was just 2 roads away from the centre. I recommend this hotel. I will say the lifts weren’t the best, very busy but also because one lift was out of service, but there is a stairwell also with a great view! Easy and quick check in and out. If you choose this hotel and are wanting a view definitely get a room above the standard.

Really loved staying here. The room itself was very nice, stylish, functional and comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic, the kitchenette has everything you need to prepare your own meals (not that I cooked), and the wifi was very reliable. I was booked here by work to stay here for 3 nights and I was able to easily book an extra night myself and the hotel staff were able to easily arrange for me to stay in the same room and not have to check out and in again. I will likely stay here next time I'm in Manchester. The only negative thing I would say is that the lifts are slow or there are not enough of them, because I always had to wait and there always seemed to be people waiting to use them.

I loved the room. The location was also perfect but had quite a few issues. Had to wait ages to check in and the staff are just rude and kept using the hotel being busy as an excuse for poor service. Booked a double room but was given a twin room. Went to reception to complain and finally given the room I booked. Asked for the room to be cleaned on day 2 and was told told they can’t clean it because were only staying for 2 nights. Paid £150 per night so how can you treat your customers like this? There’s only 2 lifts in the property and hundreds of guests so there’s always a huge queue for the lifts! To summarise, the room was beautiful and had all the appliances but not worth the price. Stayed at better places for less.
