   This place is fine if you want a short stay in the area for work. Very few local amenities but it is well located for the Sandbrook business park as well as having easy access to main roads. Staff were helpful and the rooms were very clean and spacious. Some of the facilities were fairly basic, such as restricted wi-fi access.

   brilliant hotel, the excellent staff gave us a room for 4 even though we booked for 2! double bed YES PLEASE!! brilliant location for breakfasts (KFC), good facilities, thank you Travelodge!

   I left with a bitter taste in my mouth, but the promise of a full refund as credit in a week. That eased the experience at Travelodge Rochdale on the 16/8/25. Unfortunately, the credit I received was only for half of the cost I paid for the one night I was there. If the refund was in full as promised I wouldn't have left this review contacting all the photos and video. The bathroom floor was dirty, the towels were dirty, the shower curtain was dirty, the bath and shower gel was empty, showerhead leaked, the remote control was sticky, the floor was dirty, the walls were dirty, the bathroom door was dirty. I am sure there is more to mention, but already the list is too long.

   I’ve stayed at this hotel twice and found it to be a great value for the area, with consistently clean rooms. Parking is limited, but you can park out front without issue, as enforcement is lax. However, the noise is a significant drawback. During my last stay, I was disturbed by blaring police sirens, car horns, suspicious individuals loitering and attempting to enter the hotel, and guests running through the hallways at all hours. The constant hum of the nearby KFC’s A/C compressors didn’t help either. Light sleepers may find it challenging to rest here.

   The hotel is based in a retail park, immediately adjacent to a KFC. There was plenty of parking on arrival. We were booked in an accessible twin room. When asking for two keys, they only had 1 left, so could only give us 1. On arrival in the bedroom, the TV was on quite loudly, however, there was no remote control. We needed to go back to reception on the ground floor to request one. The room itself was mostly clean, though no soap in the wall dispensers in the bathroom. While the room itself was a good size, a bedside table would have been useful. We needed to use the chairs from the desk in the room for this. We didn't expect luxury from the room, but some attention to the details would have been appreciated.

   Not quite GOATed but not far off. Me & one of my acolytes stayed here for 2 nights & were overjoyed by our stay. The room was particularly based; with clean sheets & pillows and operatic singers on tap as part of room service. The location was poggodized, very close to local hotspots of fun. The only thing that marks our experience down is when myself and my companion returned to the hotel at 1am on Sunday morning, the receptionist had slipped out temporarily. This did increase my separation anxiety quite a bit, and the receptionist didn’t give me much information when I asked where they had been a few hours later. Overall - a brilliant place, I just hope to see the receptionist’s lean into vulnerability a little more in the future.

   I’ve been to at least 20+ Travelodge’s across the UK and by far this is the best travel lodge I’ve been to. Had a personal issue so they phoned a taxi for me and paid that without extra charges. I thought this was considerate and lovely.
