   Had our family Christmas get together here 5th Dec 2025. Party night. What an absolutely pleasant surprise fron start to finish. Very pleasant and efficient check in. Lovely, clean room with tea, coffee etc and biscuits (so many places have stopped providing). Staff all lovely and helpful. Reasonable priced bar with a happy hour at the start. Professional seating and dinner service. Best Christmas Dinner we've ever had at a party function. Started with a delicious cheese soufflé. Don't know how they managed that for such a large room. Main meal of turkey served on hot plates and was all delicious. Dessert was lovely too. Bags of sweets laid on through the night. Disco was fun with a great dj who kept the party atmosphere going. Such a lovely breakfast laid on with absolutely everything you could want and all delicious. Then check out is 12 so we got to enjoy the lovely spa and pool which is excellent. Will definitely be back!

   Stayed here for 2 weeks and that is my second 2 week stay this year. First week the room was small, like Harry Potters cupboard under the stairs small but had all the amenities still. Was clean, well stocked and did exactly what I needed it to do but was too small to relax in after a hard day's work. I didn't dine in the restaurant, not because the food wasn't nice, I ate in their on my previous visit and it was delicious but I did venture out this time. The second best bit about the stay? Breakfast, not only was breakfast delicious, always well stocked but they REALLY need a new coffee machine! The number 1 thing...CAROL K...She was outstanding! SOOOO funny, but lovely too. Made coming down on a morning a pleasure. No plans to go to Manchester again soon but would happily stay there to go and see Carol K again.

   The hotel itself is located on the outskirts of Rochdale at a beautiful location. The car park is massive, there’s space for hundreds of cars. The reception staff is welcoming and kind. We originally booked a double room but they upgraded us to a better one. The room had a massive double bed, mini fridge, TV, bath tub and shower and all the usual stuff. The heating is provided by an air conditioner unit which was needed a good 20 minutes to start to work. The TV was not really working, we had to call for help. The hair drier didn’t work either but we didn’t care much. The SPA area is outstanding. There’s a huge swimming pool with beach benches all around. The SPA area is completly separated from the pool area. It has 5 different type of saunas, there’s an ice chamber and massive jacuzzi with in and outdoor areas both. There is a water jet too. The entire SPA area is illuminated by a blue light making it very cozy. We dined in the hotel restaurant, the food was good portioned and well prepaired. We had a great time despite the issues with the room, would definitely go again.

   We held the UK Nail Excellence Awards at The Norton Grange and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The room looked stunning — beautifully set up and perfect for the occasion. The staff were brilliant all evening, so attentive and friendly, especially Mohammed, who went above and beyond to look after us all night. The food was outstanding — we had so many compliments from our guests about how delicious it was. Everything ran so smoothly, and the whole team made the night truly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for such an important event. Thank you to everyone at The Norton for helping make the night unforgettable!

   Just spent a weekend at the hotel for the second time with a coach party for a northern soul party night. We had a lovely time. The room was very nice, very clean and comfortable. The party night was great with the food and service excellent.Breakfast was also extremely good, piping hot and lots of choice with lovely views from the restaurant area. We felt very well looked after by all the staff and the star of the show was Carol who welcomed us to the hotel and ensured that we were seated together for meals as there were six of us friends traveling together. We met her several times as she checked that all was ok. She was very friendly, full of fun and as a finishing touch her and some of her colleagues even waved us off on the coach as we left. What a great ambassador for the hotel.

   Booked a spa day for myself and my mum, such a lovely day. Lunch was delicious and plenty to choose from. Facilities great and wasn’t too busy. Had two treatments facial and massage in our package both amazing by the therapist and also accommodating as I’m pregnant. Definitely be booking for another day! Didn’t stay over night so can’t comment in rooms.

   Absolutely wonderful Spa experience! I had an amazing full body massage, enjoyed a relaxing facial and even got a lovely manicure. The staff are so lovely and sweet, especially the lovely Danae who also me through my treatments. Cannot recommend this place enough, always such great service every time!

   We visited the spa here for my mum's birthday. We had a package of a massage, facial and manicure. Lunch, and all use of the facilities. Everything was excellent from start to finish and we couldn't recommend our therapists, Josh and Jordann enough. They were excellent at the treatments, polite and informative. I would highly recommend. A Sunday well spent, can't wait to book in again soon

   We booked the whole building for a conference today. Everything was done when we arrived at 8am. Breakfast and lunch was ready on time and the rooms laid out as we required. Carol was superb as always! Also a special mention to Lucy, Tylor and Louise who were fantastic. It was fab to be back for our first conference since Covid with over 220 delegates. Thanks to all for today!!!

   Had the most wonderful spa day today. I would have given it a 3 as it was very busy, the drinks came after we finished lunch, and the relaxation room was noisy. But I've just had my back massage and facial from Diane. What a superb therapist she is. Absolutely 10/10 for skills and experience. I feel amazing. She got everything just right, which is a skill not many massage therapists working in a spa can do when they're so busy. Truly grateful for such a positive experience with Diane.
