   We stayed in a cosy three room apartment in the North Quarter. Amazing location, warm, cosy and well-appointed. Staff were immediately responsive when we had questions. Highly recommended!

   Great location. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink in walking distance. Very close to city centre. Couldn’t really be better in that respect. Despite being very busy location didn’t notice any noise. Property itself was exactly as pictured and what we were expecting. Very rustic vibes. Majority of what you would need is provided. Several comments made previously about codes - very clear to follow instructions sent and we had no bother with this. Few points though. Bed wasn’t the comfiest ever. Rather hard mattress. There wasn’t any toilet roll provided which is the first I’ve had that - there is a Sainsbury’s within 2 minute walk. There had clearly been a leak recently in the entrance hallway, which did mean there was some mould growing., with a rather bad smell. Could at times smell in flat especially when heating was on. Of note, there is quite a few stairs - we had no bother but just for people with limited mobility to be conscious of this. Great and proactive host.

   This property exceeded our expectations! A beautiful and well kept apartment with all the necessary amenities, and around a 15 minute walk to the heart of Manchester city centre. I visited Manchester to watch a concert at the AO arena, and this apartment is conveniently located just a short walk away from this venue. It was also closely located to a tram stop, which made travel very easy. The host was very responsive and we felt welcome at this accomodation. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering it, and we would be more than happy to stay with them again!

   Perfect gem. We stayed 2 weeks for work in the area. Worked nights, so daytime needed to be quiet. This was perfect. All the beds were comfortable and clean. Fans in each room. Plenty of space to relax and definitely felt at home.

   It's a very new apartment and it's conveniently located near a supermarket. I really enjoy staying here with my family; it feels just like home. The staff has been very responsive and polite. I hope that every guest who stays here takes good care of the apartment. It would be great if everyone could clean up after using facilities like the kitchen, as if it were their own home. The people who built this apartment want us to have a comfortable environment, and they have provided ample amenities. It truly feels like a home. I hope the next client also enjoys this new place.

   The apartment is clean, with a nice bathroom, bedrooms (one large with a desk, the other smaller but comfortable), living room and small kitchen. The location is great, just a 15-20 minute walk from Manchester Picadilly train station.

   We enjoyed our stay with GuestReady. Everything was as described. The location was quiet and close to shops and the places that we wanted to go to. The place itself was clean, there were things to cook with and some nice touches to the house. Beds were comfortable and the flat was easy to access. Communication was smooth and quick.
