Stayed in the Eden with The Heim as part f a big trip with the lads, couldnt have asked for more! Facilities, service, accomodation was absolutely top notch. Looks smart and has everything you need. The team were awesome about when we could check in and out and helped us at every bit of the trip when we needed anything.
We stayed in Brooklyn apartment from 10/11 _14/11 and as 4 business travellers, we had a wonderful experience. With 4 beds and 3 bathrooms as well as a large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the property is spacious and everyone was comfortable. The design of the property is tastefully done with some thought behind and style. However not a question of style over substance as also well equipped! The best part however is the attention by the team _ before and during our stay. Responsive, friendly AND efficient. To be reccomended .
I stayed at The Heim this weekend with a group of mates and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The flat was spotless, modern, and spacious, and the location made it easy for us to get around and enjoy the city. A couple of the lads were in Eden Residence and said the same — comfortable rooms, great setup, and ideal for a group trip. Overall, it made the whole weekend smooth and stress-free.
My stay at The Heim from 05/03/25 to 10/03/25 was absolutely exceptional—couldn’t have gone any better. Having stayed at The Heim previously last October, the fact that I chose to book another apartment speaks volumes. This time, I stayed in the Greenharus specifically for my birthday. From the moment I arrived, the team had everything perfectly arranged. I was completely blown away by the amazing space. From the sleek kitchen countertops to the beautifully designed bedrooms, I was in awe of how stunning the apartment was. It’s the little touches that really make a difference—such as the neatly arranged towels and the thoughtful birthday card waiting for me upon arrival. The location was ideal, offering easy access to and from the town center with no hassle. The instructions for getting into the apartment were clear and straightforward—no fuss whatsoever. A massive thank you to Theresa and Kevin for making my time in Manchester so special and seamless. I can’t wait to book again in the summer.
Do NOT recommend ! Booked 2 rooms and upon arrival was given the wrong room! not what i paid for, on top of this both rooms had no hot water, after complaining about these things was refunded a very small amount compared to what i originally paid, because apparently phone calls made to the mobile phone that we were told to make are not recorded and the manager took the staffs word and not mine the customer who has been complaining since the beginning of the visit! on top of that we were told we left a blue stain on the counter top which we believe we did not! when asked to go back and see it for ourselves and clean it they said no! they would rather just take our whole deposit money for something they cant prove we have done! Scams, Thief, Liars.
Really lovely apartment. Exactly like in photos. Large and spacious apt and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfy. I slept on the huge sofa bed and was extra comfy. The location is excellent for city centre.. Approx 10 min walk. Also is directly accross the road from metro. The management team were excellent and sorted 1 or 2 small little niggles immediately. The only thing is that the lift was out of order for our whole stay. Luckily it didn't bother us but for someone that was less mobile it would be problem as there are quiet a few stairs to climb. The I would definitely recommend
Excellent stylish apartment in a perfect part of the city centre. Stayed here last week with my partner and we were extremely impressed. Immaculate facilities, luxurious toiletries and a bed so comfy we did not want to get out the following morning. We can not wait to return!!
The most beautiful apartments I’ve ever stayed in. I would highly recommend booking! The customer service team are lovely and super helpful. The apartments are beautifully designed completely different from other airbnbs I’ve stayed in before. It was sparkling clean and the bed was super comfy. They had paid attention to all the little details. Great stay and will 100% be back again!
an amazing place to stay, with amazing staff who are especially helpful and pleasant to deal with. I stayed for my birthday and would thoroughly recommend. beautiful apartments all over Manchester City Centre, each one is designed differently, but to a luxury standard so there's always a new and exciting place to stay. can't wait to return!
