   I recently moved into Anaconda and Antonia made every step of the way so easy! Antonia made the move so simple and provided clear communication and support throughout the entire process. She made my first move so stress-free and I can’t thank her enough! The apartment complex itself is gorgeous! So clean, the concierge staff are always so friendly with incredible amenities! Such a great place to live!

   Recently moved into Anaconda, we dealt with Elle Jones from start to finish and she made it really easy. Always available to answer any questions and she provided a lot of information and photos etc about the apartment we were taking. Would absolutely recommend this building to anyone moving!

   The whole process of moving into Anaconda Cut from initial enquiry to move in was completely stress free. Antonia provided clear communication and was always on hand to answer any questions from us, like accommodating an additional viewing and getting the carpets in the bedroom replaced. They allowed us to park our van on site for the move in which was massively helpful. Concierge have been really helpful too since the move. Our apartment is bright, modern and we are loving it!

   I lived in anaconda cut for a year, I’ve now moved back to Leeds to live with my boyfriend & did not want to leave anaconda is so so nice! The apartments are so modern, my favourite was the shower!! I could stay in there all day. But the best experience I had was with the staff they are all so lovely, kind and helpful. there is 24hr reception which I loved. My favourite staff member being Antonia she helped me sort getting my flat in the first place & helps with anything you need. The location is literally perfect a 5 min walk to town and 2 ‘corner’ type shops which you can see from your window so If you ever need anything quick it’s great. I would definitely go back to anaconda in the future if I ever move back to Manchester!

   My partner and I moved into Anaconda Cut this week. We’re so happy with the apartment and the view. All of the communal areas are well presented and have a nice finish too. My main reason for posting this review is to feedback about Elle who has been absolutely amazing from the minute we got in contact. I’ve moved around and rented around 6 times previously and I’ve never known such care and professionalism from building management/resident teams. Nothing has been too much trouble. We’ve been kept up to date with everything we need to know at exactly the right time, she has always been available to answer questions and is excellent at providing calm throughout what can be a really stressful process. We felt welcomed before even stepping foot in the building and it was lovely that she came to meet us herself when we checked in. Elle is an absolute star and AC, as well as it’s residents, are very lucky to have her. Thanks so much for everything!

   Amazing service, Antonia was brilliant helping us find the perfect apartment in the best building in Manchester. Constantly available and answered all our questions, very supportive and always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall great experience and the apartment is clean with high quality appliances and great views!

   AnacondaCut building is well- structured. Its location is so convenient. The communal areas are so good and versatile. Living there makes life easy. The most important thing to me is the maintenance. If we have any issue with anything or any faulty problem it would be fixed quickly and for free. The engineer there Shane and the maintenance team are so friendly and happy to help. They fix anything as soon as possible. So you do not worry about calling anyone outside the building to come and sort it out. You spare money and time. As regard to the reception and management, Elle, she is so friendly, helpful and so good at organizing social events for residents. Mike the manger is also very tactful at dealing with our complaints and so nice. The leasing team Antonia is also helpful. The only thing that I am not that satisfied the wall paints in the apartments. It is cheap and easy to stain.

   What an absolute amazing place... extremely clean. So many advantages to this apartment tower. Really friendly guy on reception who was very helpful.. ensuite bedrooms. Large spaced lounge. Unbelievable views. Right near centre of Manchester. Next to train station. Bus routes close. Gym available. Cinema room available. Bar lounge room with a pool table on the top floor for socialising or chilling out.. balcony with tables an lounge chairs for sunbathing. Furnished apartments for rent
