   So glad I chose Jordan Fishwick . Always so difficult deciding which estate agent to go with when selling a property - especially when you are acting on behalf of a family member and for the family as a whole. Anyway, I made the decision to have a day to invite several Estate Agents view to the property, take a good look around and provide an evaluation/price they believed the property would realistically sell for. On the face of it , you would’ve thought it to be quite a difficult decision. But quite frankly the decision turned out to be really easy. The minute the Jordan Fishwick representative came into the house (Andrew Horrocks) I knew straight away he was different from the others and I knew I would choose him/ them !! He was so empathetic, yet professional at the same time - so respectful yet down to earth. He made you feel really comfortable and totally understood the situation and how difficult/ emotional it was for the family. I can honestly say, I did not regret that decision for one moment . Everything (and more) they promised, they delivered. I would have no hesitation recommending Jordan Fishwick they were absolutely amazing - and I have to say that Andrew was an amazing advocate and an absolute credit to them. A special mention also to Owen who was always on hand for my telephone calls. Thank you all - 10 stars from me ☺️

Nothing was ever too much trouble and his communication was quick and clear throughout. Tracey was also fantastic (although I only dealt with her briefly).    I would not have believed that two estate agents could be so different. We initially signed a contract with a local competitor. Very little happened in spite of our hearing that there was massive demand for properties in the area. When the contract expired, we signed with Jordan F. Chalk and cheese! That same day, they managed all the paperwork and publicity. Their attitude was totally more dynamic, positive and constructive than our previous experience. The house sold very quickly. Communications were great. We knew exactly what was happening at any time. Would recommend JF every time. They know and understand the market. They'll give you good trustworthy and reliable advice.

   I have only entirely positive things to say about Jordan Fishwick. My partner and I recently purchased our house through this branch and were extremely impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of all of the staff we dealt with. Very quickly into our initial house search we made the decision - despite the volume of buyers in the market - to solely consider properties being sold through Jordan Fishwick, as they showed themselves to be a cut above the other local agents we had been dealing with (which married up with the positive feedback we'd heard elsewhere about this branch too). From the very initial viewings right up until completion, Jordan Fishwick were brilliant. Andrew in particular deserves a mention for being open, proactive and easing along the process at all times - a godsend at a time of inevitably high stress.
