   Bee Manchester Properties have been fantastic to rent through. After a difficult experience with a previous agency that treated us poorly, it’s been such a relief to have an estate agent that genuinely looks after their tenants. Bee Manchester Properties have always been responsive, reliable, and professional. Any issues we had were fixed quickly, and Lily was always incredibly friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything got sorted efficiently and made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free.

   Were very happy with our property manager’s service. They are incredibly prompt with repairs, our washer has been fixed the next day on multiple occasions. The common areas are always clean, the garden is beautifully maintained, and the bin area is well organized. Their responsiveness and attention to property upkeep makes living here a pleasure. Highly recommended for their professional and efficient management.

   Unfortunately we had essentially the exact opposite experience of the majority of the other reviewers and found let’s residential and Lily more specifically really difficult to get in contact with. Every time we needed something both my partner and I would have to call, email, and text multiple times. Their office is unstaffed so you can’t even go there to try to get an answer, and I even had a recorded signed for letter be undeliverable to them due to this. It would be worth joining the tenants union and ensuring you know your rights before renting with anyone, and Let’s are no exception. We had no communication from them at all about returning our deposit, not even to request to keep funds. We gave them ample opportunity , and called, texted, and emailed about it several times right up until very close the deadline to get the tenancy deposit scheme involved. Thankfully we were awarded it back in full, but it is my belief that they were attempting to run out the clock so we would have no recourse against them keeping it in full. I would also recommend keeping clear records of any paperwork from them. When we first moved in I had to correct several errors on the inventory and ensured i initialed every page. The copy they sent through via the TDS was the blank copy without any of my corrections.

   I have just ended a 7 year tenancy with Lets Residential. I’d still be there but have moved to the other end of the country to be near family. Not many problems with my flat, but anything that did arise was always dealt with very promptly. Lily is a great communicator and a real pleasure to deal with. My security deposit was returned incredibly quickly. Good luck for the future, Lily.

   I rented a property through Lets for over four years. Despite some unforeseen issues beyond her control, Lily was responsive and approachable in solving these. Also, routine maintenance visits were always communicated in advance and continuation of tenancy each year was a seamless process.
