   The owner of this place comes across as very self-absorbed, almost living in his own fantasy world, and behaves as if he owns the country. He can be stingy, unconventional, and lacks a sense of morality. He seems to believe the world revolves around him and often speaks to people without basic manners. It would benefit him to learn some proper etiquette, as showing respect doesn’t cost anything. Dont deal with this place.

   Had the pleasure of renting with the team for half a year while buying my house. Cant say a bad word about anything. Quick responses, quick reactions to issues. After moving in, the flat had some issues, and they were resolved within a week of me moving in. Moving out was similarly easy and smooth. No issues with paperwork, no fighting about the deposit, and even got back the rent for the rest of the month even though I left before my notice period. If more groups operated like these guys, renting would be much nicer and less stressful.

   Live in an owned flat and the building is unfortunately managed by Accommodation centre. They are selectively responsive to emails, ignoring ones pointing out serious issues that they don’t want to fix and replying to extremely easy fixes like emptying the gutters (that shouldn’t need reminding anyway). I do not feel like they take occupier safety seriously

   I thought I'd leave a review since I had a pleasant experience with them. So I rented a flat for 3 years. During my tenancy a few things broke/worn out and they were very quick to fix it. Usually the next morning. Ending my tenancy was quite hassle free as well as I moved to a larger property. Great landlords/agents overall and would rent from them again.

   We were with the accommodation Centre for 6 years and i have nothing but good to say. They were very attentive and very professional. Whenever we had a problem we had someone out within the hour (always!) They were very accommodating with all of our needs. Dominic was our go to guy, he was absolutely fantastic with helping us get what we needed and again, usually within the day. I would highly recommend them and I would be more then willing to rent with them again if needed (currently with family) Thank you all!

   I rented with the Accommodation Centre for 18 months, and I had a really good experience. I communicated regularly with Dominic and Karen, and they were both extremely helpful throughout the 18 months. The move in process was really good, and I was given all the information I needed. Whenever I contacted Dominic and Karen about any maintenance requests during my tenancy, they were always very quick to respond and to organise any house maintenance (which was completed to a great standard). They were also very friendly, and a pleasure to communicate with. They were great at letting me know about any housing viewings at the end of my tenancy, and the process for leaving the house (for example, the deposit return process - which was done quickly). I really enjoyed living in the house, and I would definitely recommend the Accommodation Centre to anybody looking for a place to rent in Manchester.

   My entire experience with the accommodation has been the best I have ever experienced during my time as a renter. The property I lived in was amazing and I am pleased to say I have had 0 issues during and after moving out and I am sad to not be continuing renting with the Accommodation Centre. Team have always been amazing in responding to any queries I have had as well as just being generally nice people. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a genuine & trustworthy agency in Manchester! Ross

   We rented a property through the Accommodation Centre for just short of 6 years, and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. Whenever we needed something fixing or changing, they would respond very quickly and provide the fix/change in a timely manner, and they were always very polite and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend the Accommodation Centre, and if I was looking to rent a place again, I'd use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you! :)
