   Rivershill have been a fabulous agency who have rented my former flat for 4 years, with 3 successful tenancies. Their diligence in matching the right tenant to the flat was consistent throughout, and any ongoing updates to the flat were swiftly dealt with (new hob etc) by their professional support team at a reasonable price, with no hassle to myself or the tenants. With this diligence it also ensured that payments were always made on time, with no stress. Having currently needing to sell in the current environment, the flat has been left in an excellent condition, reflecting the professionalism and care of Mike and Phil. With many decades of experience between them (sorry gents!), you are in very safe hands should you want to rent or rent out your property with them. I am very happy I trusted them these past 4 years.    I can not recommend Rivershill highly enough. I have rented in Manchester for 15 years and they are by far and away the best letting agency I have used. I've rented from Mike and Phil for the last 5 years and they are a pleasure to deal with and any queries or unforeseen issues I had were dealt with immediately.    I rented through Rivershill as a tenant for a total of 3 years (in a big shared house in West Dids and later in a 2-bed flat in Chorlton). They were always responsive, helpful and professional and never ever tried to rip us off for anything (if you've rented as a student in Manchester before you know what letting agents and landlords can be like...). Mike and Phil who work there are both genuine, lovely and work hard to make sure their tenants are happy - I can't recommend them enough.

   I have just moved out from one of the flats in Manchester managed by this agency.I have to say it is the best agency I have rented from so far. The flat was very high specification and maintained to the highest level, at affordable price in the same time. Throughout my tenancy there wasn't a single thing that Mike and Phil wouldn't help me with, within a matter of a day or two, if not hours. Always very responsive (usually same day replies), kind and caring for their tenants which makes you feel like renting from friends rather than agency. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to rent a flat in peace without unnecessary drama and bureaucracy.

   Had a great experience with Rivershill. Viewing the house and signing up was straightforward and Mike and Phil were always very helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had. On a couple of occasions during the year whenever there was an issue with the house, they went above and beyond to help sort the problems out which is rare in my experience from using other estate agents in the past. Deposit was returned in full in a quick and timely manner and i can highly recommend using Rivershill as they put in a lot of hours to help their tenants out. Thanks again Mike and Phil!
