   TRUST. With a big T ! Thank you so much for having such a great lettings agency accessible. I was in France this summer super stressed about getting a flat in a city I know nothing about, and as soon as I had Chris on the phone it felt like all my worries where taking cared of. Super safe, proffessional (sending the bank recipes after every transactions), super quick WhatsApp answers from Chris that never felt impatient or I incapable of finding solutions. When I got my flat, the paint was fresh, everything I requested are taking cared of in the day. I could advise to any students moving to Manchester to contact this agency because I had a great experience. Thank you so much !

   Inspired lettings management is suck. Yes indeed they gave a very fast response when only you want to give them money. When it comes to fixing your problem at your designated house it is so slow. They will keep pushing you to other people like they cant communicate among themselves professionally. They reply your email late and they only gave a very bare minimum to resolve any issues that happened at your house.

   I am an International student from Indonesia and it is my first time looking for an accommodation in the UK. Knowing them from my colleague, that the agent already has good relationship with Indonesian students community. The staff is very humble and helpful. They're making sure that their tenant/client could solved their problem and their questions to be answered. Even in the weekend, the staff will response you professionally.    Very friendly and professional service. Moved into one of Inspired Lettings properties as a group of students. No issues with the contract and payments, and any maintenance issues were tended to very quickly. Chris was a very good point of contact from start to finish who replied to messages almost immediately. Will certainly be recommending to other students. All the staff are very knowledgeable and relaxed which was very helpful for our group.
