   Avoid at all costs, open air drug den in the front of the property and an organised homeless camp across the street. Went to check on a room and was abruptly told to leave by security. Only hotels here that have security are sell out hotels. Why would you earn money the old fashioned honest way, when you can rip off the tax payers at 3X the rates, am I right Staycity? You should add permanently closed on this listing so people will know people can't rent a room here. Avoid this hotel and boycott the chain.

   Rows of tents outside now. What's happening to the area. It's like a refugee camp. Sad, as it used to be a nice hotel. I hope things turn around again in the future

   Went to ask about the prices and was pushed out by security. They were very hostile and told me it was not available to the public. There are tents on the streets now and rubbish left everywhere, extremely sad for the area.

   The apartment was very clean, facilities were fantastic as was the whole hotel, the staff on reception were always cheerful and pleased to see you. Location was exactly what we wanted as we arrived by train, the city centre was five minutes away by foot.

   I really enjoyed the rain shower in the bathroom. However, the exhaust fan seems did not work. Also, there was no bottle of water in my room. Moreover, one of the receptionists did not have any smile on her face throughout my whole stay. The bedsheet was rough and not comfortable. Otherwise, the room is really tidy and clean.

   Cheap modern and clean set up which was perfect for an overnight stay after going to a gig @ band on the wall ...literally about 100 yards down the road. Nice breakfast by the looks, but didn't partake. Would definitely use again for.the same reason... smack in the heart of the Northern Quarter of Manchester

   Ultra modern and overall pleasant place to stay in! Quite central and definitely suited to everyone! I would stay here permanently if i could. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They also often check in to ensure one is enjoying the experience. If you are in need of accommodation, this is definitely the place to rest your head at.

   Stayed in the Piccadilly Staycity Apartments a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed. The Northern Quarter Staycity Apartments are just as impressive. Modern, clean, well located and all staff were thoroughly excellent. Professional, courteous and always keen to help in any way. Thoroughly recommended! I will use again. Thank you!

   I had such a wonderful stay!!! It was booked through work, so I didn’t really know what to expect, but from arrival to check-out I was looked after so well by all the staff. It’s a lovely mix of hotel and apartment, with a kitchenette and amazing king size beds. ** Special shout out to the wonderful Sharon, who whilst only being on her probation period, was so accommodating and helpful and just the smiliest face to see whenever I came back. No doubt she’ll pass her probation with flying colours and if you ever stay, make sure you say hello to her, as she really made my trip extra special. ** I was in a room overlooking adjacent rooms so I asked to move, and they were absolutely happy to help me, and I got moved to a slightly smaller room but with the most incredible view of Manchester. I would 10000% stay again, for work or pleasure. NOTE: If you want guests to stay, you have to let reception know at least 24 hours prior, but there’s no extra charge, so that’s good.
