“I’ve been with Sam Properties for the past three years. They were very responsive and quick with any repairs and replacements. Every time I had an issue with anything, they resolved in a few days. I never had any issue with the team and they agreed to every request I had. And in the move out time, I cleaned the property as best I could, they checked and noted that a few spot was missing so I cleaned and fixed thise spots and after that I received my deposit money in full in less than a week. Overall I was happy with the service they provided, and I believe if you are clean and responsible for the property you are renting they also respect and appreciate you.”
