   The experience with Thornley Groves has been brilliant, really efficient and seamless. The staff are super helpful and professional Sophie and Annette have looked after me throughout the process Initially Sophie showed me around the property on the day I called which was great, she was kind and swiftly sent the paperwork to ensure I had a fair chance at securing the property Annette has been really communicative throughout the process ensuring that The move can be as simple as possible The system used for referencing swift and easy to use which is always a plus! As a young person looking to rent in todays challenging market I was worried that I may not find a place as soon as I would like however, I felt that the staff at Thornley groves offered a different experience, giving people a fair chance at finding the right home for them Would certainly recommend!

In particular, Kirsty at the Didsbury branch took the time to understand our needs and has been a great support throughout. Overall, we have been really pleased with the service provided and would happily recommend them in the future.

   All I wanted was a place to live. I had been struggling with my mental health, granted I made a mistake by having problems paying my rent at the beginning of the month. I am on anti depressants, and have been dealing with an incredible amount of stress. I still live at a flat managed by them... And honestly, I'm scared. They have already been threatening and extremely cruel. I'm up to date with my rent now. But I am expecting them to try to harm me in some way. I thought it best to admit my fears here for my own safety. The bad reviews are apparently very true, I'm just hoping I can make it to the end of the month with nothing of my paycheck left and without anymore problems. Please don't trust them... Watch for any warning signs and avoid. Be very aware that they are not afraid to make you homeless... They really don't care about their tenant's. I bought legal insurance just incase.... I hope I don't need it. Edit. They sent me a response demeaning and trying to dismiss my concerns and my health, in discussions in my emails. They may rent out property, but it is clear they see their tenants as disposable objects. I am very concerned for anyone else that may rent from this company following my experience, as soon as my tenancy is up I intend to leave them behind me. Their extreme and unnecessary actions display a lack of knowledge outside of themselves. I wish you all the best.
