“The Wilmslow Lodge is in a good location,quiet and just minutes from the town centre.We had a nice ground floor room with a good comfortable bed, great TV and it's just feet away from our pub/restaurant.The carpark is just outside the door and there's plenty of space.An ideal place to stay for a great weekend away.”

“This was a great place to stay! I was a bit cautious due to some of the reviews, but it was perfect for a night stay before the airport. The receptionist was shy and not talkative but still smiling and checked us in efficiently. Our room was easy to get to, clean, and had some tea and coffee which was lovely. The shared bathroom was also very clean and not often used, so it was great to get a cheap room for value. I would recommend staying here.”

“Our families have used The Hinton Guest House a few times for their stays when visiting us in the area, and it has always been a fantastic choice. Most recently, my parents stayed for 7 nights in December 2024, and once again, the experience was excellent. Ann has consistently been extremely helpful and responsive, making the booking process straightforward and stress-free. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality truly set this guest house apart. The guest house is in a central position in Mobberley village, making it incredibly convenient. It’s just a couple of minutes’ walk to the Coop mini market, the local pharmacy, and a bus station with routes to Knutsford, Wilmslow, Macclesfield, and Altrincham. Additionally, it’s approximately a 10-minute walk to the local pubs, perfect for a relaxed evening out. The rooms and premises are always spotless, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The breakfast service is a highlight—the food is cooked to perfection, and the service is attentive and friendly. We’re so fortunate to have such a reliable and high-quality accommodation nearby. “We got married at Rylands Farmhouse in May and we couldn’t recommend it enough. From our first viewing of the venue to the morning after our wedding the service provided was second to none. The staff went above and beyond for us at every opportunity and nothing was too much to ask. Our wedding guests were blown away with the venue and the staff. The rooms were beautiful and clean and the breakfast the next day was delicious. Luis was with us from the beginning and throughout our whole wedding day and he was absolutely amazing! “From the moment I stepped in, this place just felt welcoming. An actual key for the room gave it a charming, personal touch you don’t often see anymore. Free parking, free WiFi, and a bed so comfortable I nearly missed checkout – all at a price that’s hard to beat. The building may be older, but it’s clearly loved and cared for, and it shows. A special mention to Carla, who I spoke to in the morning – she was outstanding. Passionate about the local area and genuinely invested in guests having a great time, she’s a real asset to the business. If she worked at my company, it would be a better place. Any future visits to Manchester – this will be my go-to hotel.”

“Had another enjoyable stay here. Booked in for the nights either end of our flights out of Manchester Airport. Rooms clean, bed comfortable and had the food package. We were served breakfast by Lena who was friendly and efficient. All the staff have been welcoming. Premier Inn is consistently good and good value for money.”

“Fantastic venue. We had a 2 day golf event here. The course and facilities were fantastic. The breakfast was great and the evening meal very good. It has a separate area for the golfers to eat and drink which overlooks the gold course (although breakfast area is shared with the hotel). A few used the spa area which they said was very nice. Service was good.”

“The place is located a few meters from a nice pub and a communitie coffee shop ... Andrew welcomed me and he was very helpful and kind. The bathroom is big and very very clean. I loved that each room has the name of a famous person, I stayed at the Bruce Willis jaja. 5 minutes from the airport and very comfortable too.”

“Seemed to have got lucky as my room seemed to be one of the better condition rooms and not as described on some other reviews. Comfortable, clean with a nice bright bathroom. It was one of the rooms on the same floor as the reception. Ask for a room on that floor! No lifts however and the reception itself is on the 1st floor. The staff help to carry your cases up. Overall great value for money as a stopover hotel after a late flight in from Manchester airport.”

“Absolutely brilliant. If you are flying from Manchatten airport port. It's less expensive than booking the airport parking. Only slight downside. For a 6 am flight the shuttle bus doesn't run until 3:00 am. Even then veezu is around 20 quid.”
