   Booked this and then cancelled as concerned about other reviews about accessing hotel late. No way of contacting the hotel at all to query this, could only speak to OYO customer service. Was advised I would receive a full refund however this was for several weeks ago and still nothing after calling multiple times. Every time I am told I will get an email in 48 hours but it has been several weeks and nothing. Genuine scam do not book, we are taking this to small claims court.

   Worst place I have ever stayed by a country mile. I was there for 3 nights, they don't clean rooms or replace bathroom equipment. The staff are unfriendly, not bothered about how your stay is. The lobby area stinks, the common areas are dirty, the place needs refurbishment and to be digitalised. The walls are paper thin, heard everything that was happening in the next room and they were busy ALL NIGHT!!

   Don't know why you'd rate this low, as the bed was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. (Okay, the decor was outdated, but the key things were spot on.) Great value too, in a quiet area of Manchester. We returned about 3am and the owner was still on site and let us in immediately. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

   For the price, it’s good enough. Bed is comfortable, although bedding has some stains and pillows are really thin. Room doesn’t come with a bedside lamp which is weird. Lock in/out policy means you’re locked in after 11pm. This isn’t mentioned on booking and it’s really annoying. I understand it’s for safety reasons, but I’d also like to be able to come and go a bit more easily as a paying guest. The smoking area door is also locked, and they don’t check the smoking area before locking it. If you’re there at 11pm you’ll just be locked in the smoking area

   I have stayed at this hotel for over a year with a few breaks. I have found the owner and staff extremely helpful and courteous, it is clean and quiet and very reasonably priced baring in mind its location. I have no problem in recommending this hotel, I look forward to continuing my stay in the future

   I've stayed in some bad places over the years, but this was so gross i couldn't stay. People smoking crack in the car park and the rooms were disgusting. I told reception that we'd be leaving and not staying. Since then, OYO have refused to refund due to their cancellation policy. TERRIBLE customer service and terrible hotel. Don't do it to yourself.

   such a TERRIBLE stay. thank God we had to take a plane early in the morning, so we left at 4am - we wouldn't have spent another minute there. the whole place is creepy and dirty. we slept dressed because we found hair in the sheets. if I could give less than one star or negative stars, I would.

   Had a Nice night att this hotel, everything was basic but clean, the bed were comfortable, shower and toilet in the room. The staff was friendly and helpfull. 5km from central manchester. I would stay here again. Also they run a indian all veg/vegan resturant in the same bulding, We Will try the food there next time.
