“Stayed just the one night but you could easily stay here for a few days. The room we had was on the 19th floor so super quiet without any noise from outside. Top quality SMEG appliances. Kettle, toaster, hot plate and microwave plus dishwasher. They also have a laundry department which you can use for longer stays. Lovely bed linen and comfortable bed. Just loved the rain shower which was powerful and as hot as you wanted it to be. Gorgeous bathroom products too. Just a perfect quick overnight but you could base yourself here if you had to work in Manchester for a few days.”

“Some of the best ramen I've ever had. Came in here for a last minuet meal before a gig, incredible service and fast food. The pork ramen was smokey and rich with an incredible pull apart pork joint on top. The chicken ramen had a lighter broth to it but full of flavour and morish. Fried chicken was tender and crisp, felt homemade and cozy. The atmosphere was cool and stylish, felt authentic for a small ramen shop, simple but effective. Would absolutely eat here again!”

“A hidden gem. My son had his 5th birthday party there today and had a fantastic time. The staff (especially our party host and who l believe to be the manager) went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were so accommodating- nothing was too much trouble, nothing felt rushed and all the children looked like they were having a great time. Very reasonable prices too which is a bonus! will definitely be visiting there again soon.”

“We stayed at Native Manchester for one night and I would definitely stay here again. For the price, it felt like excellent value compared to other options in the area, especially considering the size of the studio and the quality of reviews. Communication was seamless, I received WhatsApp updates throughout my journey, from details about the room number and PIN code to notifications that the room was ready and a reminder for check-out. The process was essentially self-service, though there is a reception available if needed. I found the whole system very streamlined and convenient. We parked at Dale Street car park, which cost around £20 for 24 hours, and from there it was just a short walk to the hotel. The building itself is really impressive, it used to be a cotton factory, and they’ve done a great job blending the original industrial character with modern design. We booked a studio apartment, which came with a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom had towels and toiletries (shampoo and shower gel), while the kitchen had all the day-to-day essentials, plus tea, coffee, and even a small bottle of milk in the fridge. There was also an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer in the room. The bed was very comfortable, big, and overall, the space felt well thought out and homely. One small piece of feedback from my partner is that a larger mirror, or a mirror in better lighting, would have been useful for doing hair and makeup. As well, it would have been useful if there was some tissues, like kitchen roll etc. All in all, the studio had everything we needed, the atmosphere was great, and I would happily recommend Native Manchester to anyone visiting the city.”

“We booked this hotel for Billy Eilish concert. When we booked ourselves in they told us that they were giving us a free upgrade to their best room. Well the room was amazing. It had a dressing room area, dining and kitchen area and a stunning shower room. There was also a spiral staircase. At the top was a table for two with fantastic views of the city. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, hob, fridge and a dishwasher. There was also a hairdryer and an iron and ironing board, a safe and somewhere to hang your clothes. There was a complimentary bottle of water and crisps popcorn. Basically the room had everything you could think of for a comfortable stay. The staff were lovely and friendly and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Roomzzz you were amazing x”

“Absolutely loved this hotel. It is a short walking distance from the train station, easy to access. The building looks amazing and the rooms are just fab! It is a proper hotel room but very well equipped even had a small kitchen installed giving a feeling of an RBnb so you can cook your own meals if you want. Nice and clean bathroom with some nice brands of shampoo and body wash. Also had iron and hair dryer. Oh, and the view was stunning, staff was superfriendly. Wifi was quick, easy to connect and even the staircase looks beautiful. Highly recommended accomodation if you visit Manchester.”

“Should've known that writing a review 2 days into a 4 day trip, would've come back to bite me on the back side. We stayed Monday to Thursday in November and on the Wednesday, someone knocked and entered my room without consent or without telling me who they were or why they were coming in. After I had shouted at them to get out they shut the door and walked back out of my accessible room. I got to the door and asked them what they wanted, they said they needed to fit something, never told me what though. Then proceeded to ask if I was going out that day to which I replied, im not sure. We proceeded to go out about an hour later and when we have come back the very thing that was broken, non emergency, was fixed. Again no one asked me to enter. No one asked for consent to enter the room id paid £677 for 3 nights. This is not deemed as an emergency because if it was, you have the right to tell me that and ask for my consent to enter. None of this was done. Id went down to reception who agreed it was out of line. I could've been in a wheelchair, In the shower, deaf, naked, anything, none of which was taken into account account. I was told there was no management there at the time and that I should leave me email for a manager to be in contact. That didn't happen for some days so I took to the IHG app which was also useless because a member of management - James- at the Holiday Inn Manchester told me that they dont correspond with one another so whatever they'd offered me in compensation has nothing at all to do with what theyre willing to do, which is nothing. Id suggest if you have any accessible needs, you do NOT book her as if there is any issues, they fail to deal with them, ignore emails and won't accept or compensate for this mistakes Ive left my initial review there so you can see the stark difference between the two in literally 12hrs Fantastic experience at the holiday inn. I brought my client as we were going to look at canal street etc. I had requested that the bed was made up as 2 singles and it wasnt but they quickly got me another bed and made it up for me. We had I think whats called an accessible room, and the room was stunning. Had all the plug sockets you could need along side usb charging ports. Plenty of lights along side a uv light in the bathroom. Spotlessly clean and the beds were comfy and the rooms were warm. They also had a bath along side a shower. Breakfast was amazing”

“I was delightfully surprised with this stay. The building looks a little drab outside but inside it was a delight. From the warm and friendly staff, to the welcoming lobby, our room was clean and comfortable. Our bed was big and comfortable, the shower provided good hot water and we loved the twirling water shower head. It couldn't be positioned better, in good reach of restaurants, theatre, shopping and Manchester Arena. Excellent breakfast (just not a fan of the powdery scrambled egg!) All in all, enjoyable stay and we will be back.”

“Stayed here for my graduation. Location is great! Near the university. Vegan options for breakfast were amazing! I loved the vegan sausages and the stewed apple toasted nut porridge! Gary was very helpful serving food for breakfast.”

“Just checked into the Raddison and can say im glad I booked! 3 hours travel to get here before my U.S. flight so tired and just wanted to relax. From entering the hotel using the terminal 2 tunnel the hotel is easy to find, modern and very clean. I was checked in by William who had a trainee badge on however was very knowledgeable and helpful giving helpful tips and ensuring I had everything I needed. I was so happy with Williams service I've just booked again for 23rd December this time for the family. Great Staff and service. :)”

“I had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza Manchester. The rooms were modern, clean, and really comfortable — exactly what you want after a long day. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Breakfast was absolutely spot on with plenty of choice and everything cooked perfectly. “Amazing place to stay! I just want to give a big shout out to rajaa for her hospitality, she went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth check in. The room was incredible and the amenities were perfect. I would however like to note the guest lift is out of use which was a small issue but rajaa was amazing enough to guide us to the staff lift whenever we needed it. “YHA Manchester is an example of how a good hostel doesn't have to cost a lot. Large, bright and airy room for four people. The beds were solid, the only thing missing was curtains on the bunk beds for more privacy, but that's a minor detail. The bathroom was a good size, clean and looked new. The common areas are large and beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location near a train and tram station is great for a city the size of Manchester. The hostel has a view of part of the river canal, and having breakfast with this view was a bonus. I would definitely stay at this hostel again”

Decently priced, considering all this! I would especially like to recognize manager Sandra for being so warm and accommodating! I have never met such customer service in a very long time , of this level , and how refreshing to meet someone that loves what they do , and has a positive attitude in all their work. Promote him very soon, or I'll be honest you are missing a trick here , and definetly do not let him move to another hotel. “Not my first review, but another stay of over a week at this hotel. Decent location, glad I'm not parking on the grounds though with a £3 daily fee, when it was free till recently. Staff terrific again. Special shout out to Bruce who was brilliant with our reservation, as well as Amar and Hannah, who are fantastic. Finally, we often get in very late and see Nathan, who does the graveyard shift, and is another terrific member of staff. All the best to everyone and see you again soon, I'm sure.”
