Just checked into the Raddison and can say im glad I booked! 3 hours travel to get here before my U.S. flight so tired and just wanted to relax. From entering the hotel using the terminal 2 tunnel the hotel is easy to find, modern and very clean. I was checked in by William who had a trainee badge on however was very knowledgeable and helpful giving helpful tips and ensuring I had everything I needed. I was so happy with Williams service I've just booked again for 23rd December this time for the family. Great Staff and service. :)

Great hotel. Within walking distance to Terminals 1,2 & 3. I stayed here for the night before my morning flight and overall first impressions were that it was very clean as well as modern. Polite and professional staff at check in as well as the Bar/restaurant area. Will stay here again in the future.

Great location, very clean and comfortable rooms. However, our room was very hot upon check-in. We contacted the front desk twice to report the issue and we were told to wait and see if it came down on its own. Eventually they did send someone to our room and surprise, surprise the a/c was not working. Sure would have been nice if the Front Desk had listened to us 3 hours earlier when we reported the issue, instead of talking to us like we were children. At 10.40 pm we were moved to another room. No help given to move our luggage and so much for an relaxing evening before our early flight.

Used for business purposes so can only comment on meeting rooms. They are spacious and perfectly equipped for meetings, including stationary which I find is a delightful bonus and really helpful! They have great connectivity too for WiFi and presenting. Food has always been top tier when I've been and the collage restaurant provides airfield views which are perfect for aviation fans! The location is superb too - really prime position in between T1 and T2 and connected by the sky link. Would highly recommend.

Adding spa and pool update - small pool which gets busy but it’s nice enough. Sauna and steam room also good. Small considering number of rooms but nice enough. Changing rooms with free lockers. Slightly outdated rooms, but they are still very well equipped and definitely representative of a more premium brand, whilst they could do with an update. Hotel is generally nice, rooms are a well soundproofed considering the proximity to the airport . Gym and fitness area is really nice, again very updated but good range of equipment . staff are always very helpful, professional and polite. There was a convenience store at the reception area, which is helpful for snacks, drinks, and a few helpful items . I have also use the conference area on several occasions for meetings and they are very good and a very helpful events team . Good parking, pay on site through an app . Restaurant is very good for a breakfast buffet .

We mainly chose the hotel due to its proximity and convenience to Manchester airport. Check in was straightforward, especially in conjunction with the app. The room was clean and well presented. The additional (child's) bed was of a better quality than most hotels we've stayed in. The room was also quiet, despite being very close to the airport. A minor frustration with the shower - two nondescript controls that you need to experiment with to work out water pressure and temperature.

The room was excellent and completely modern. The restaurant had a small but varied menu. The service was top notch. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and funny! Room was amazing, clean and bright but the best thing was....how quiet the room was. Hopefully, will be staying there again

What a great hotel! Perfect location, right next to the airport. It took me 2 minutes to walk to the ticket area for flight. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and funny! Room was amazing, clean and bright but the best thing was....how quiet the room was. Hopefully, will be staying there again in the spring

Lovely hotel, breakfast was fantastic! The room was amazing. Staff really professional and welcoming. Only issues were the cleaners hadn't cleared the plughole in the bath so the water wouldn't empty quick enough while showering and it took nearly an hour to try and connect to the chromecast. Overall a great hotel!

What a brilliant start to our holiday! We had an executive room with runway views, much to our sons delight. The staff could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was amazing! Will definitely be returning!
