   We had a nights stay here before we visited Lapland uk. The hospitality from start to finish was exceptional! We were contacted to make sure we had everything we needed beforehand. The room was super clean and comfy, really gorgeous and the Nespresso machine and biccies were a nice bonus. The kitchen/ dining area was brilliant and made our stay so easy. The bacon and egg sandwiches in the morning were the best I’ve had! Thanks so much, can’t recommend you guys enough⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   We stayed at Owen House Farm while attending a nearby wedding and really enjoyed it. Our room had a unique safari lodge feel—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with an espresso machine, tea, biscuits, and a great rain shower. Caroline was super helpful and made everything easy. Breakfast was ordered via WhatsApp and picked up the next morning—quick and convenient. The rustic breakfast area was a nice touch. It’s close to Manchester Airport, so plane noise is noticeable, but it didn’t bother us. Loved the farm setting with cows outside. Wi-Fi was solid, bed was great, and overall it was excellent value. Would happily stay again.

   As I spend my working week in hotels, it’s great to find the odd jewel whilst away, This place is absolutely that,,, A lovely room on a beautiful farm with only a few animals to entertain, what stood out for me was the amazing service from Caroline, from the initial greeting to the best bacon sandwich the next day… I am sure this will be my base from now on as I stay in the west…

   Happy to give 5 stars for the room & service. Recently attended a wedding which was fabulous Unfortunately the biggest issue is the close proximity of Manchester Airport which resulted in considerable noise from the aircraft taking off as we appeared to be in the flight path for departures which the owners have no control over.

   Stayed for a couple of nights over half term. King room was lovely, coffee machine a welcome addition. The shower is powerful and a delight after a day in the sun. The rooms aren't air conditioned so may be worth taking a fan if it's going to be hot for your stay. The breakfast room is well appointed with everything you might need (ice machine was appreciated!). Covid rules easily adhered to with no fuss. The setting is lovely and the details in the finishings are top rate. Thoroughly recommend.

   Excellent stay as always, greeted by Richard as we turned up who gave us local eatery and taxi recommendations. Room was spotless, all the facilities that we could possible need. Good shower and comfy beds! The views are excellent and waking up to be greeted by the cows in the morning is always a bonus!!

   The rooms and facilities are very tastefully decorated and well equipped. It's an interesting concept ; the DIY set up but tricky if you want to ask any questions as there was no one around overseeing everything. We were not met by the owners and were asked to pay straight away which is rather unusual and somewhat distasteful. The beds are really comfy but the blinds on the door don't really keep the light out and whilst the loud noise of the planes from 6am would not affect people leaving for early flights, it does affect those who are trying to sleep.
