   From my initial enquiry to moving in, the service from Yolanda and the team has been fabulous. I feel so lucky to have found the place. The apartment and facilities are pristine, and very secure. I would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting. 3 months in everything is still good, apart from the noise. Northern Monkey I can deal with, but I had relocated from 200 miles away, I had no idea the disused looking ground level business was in use, or was it mentioned when talking about the noise during viewing, so four nights a week the music can be pulsating from below until 04:00. The PRINTWORKS insists on putting music on loud early in the morning. It’s relentless and nobody cares, so just bear that in mind when taking an apartment, and definitely don’t take one on the first floor.

   Great location, right next to arndale and printworks. Really clean, all staff were pleasant. Very secure, have to use fob for building floor and room entry. When we found a tin next to the beds with ear plugs in we thought we may get noise from the stree and bars across but honestly heard nothing at all, we were on second floor. There were a few car parks near by but it is walking distance from Victoria station. Doors are heavy and closers on them make them slam quite loud. Needs more milk for drinks, next time we will take our own. Very warm in apartment but all radiators have individual thermostat controls, it was nice to people watch the people leaving printworks in December seb zero temperature while in a cosy apartment.

   Absolutely lovely place, lots of room and great location in Manchester City centre. Clean and with good use of exposed bricks internally. Only drawback was the late night noise from the pubs and bars below, went on well into the early hours but made sleeping very tricky.

   Very very central location. Great room size. Everything you need for a night's rest. Was loud as over a couple of clubs, but we expected that, so no complaints. Great view of printworks out of the 3 windows. Lovely shower and very comfy bed.

   Thank you to Yolanda for the BEST stay! The apartments are so spacious, modern, well equipped and exactly like the photos on the website. The service is incredible, we had phoned up before to ask for some specific requirements and they had done them all before we even arrived! The location is brilliant, 2 min walk from the Arndale and a 5 min walk into Northern Quarter. Thank you to the James and Yolanda for such a great stay, we can't wait to come back!

   Gorgeous room, more like a home from home experience! Loved all the personal touches, the shower was amazing and the beds and pillows were luxurious. So so comfy. Room cost around £33 each for 4 adults for one night so an absolute bargain. Only downside was some construction work ongoing through the night and morning but not to the fault of the hotel. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again next time I'm in Manchester.
