   Standard as expected from premier inn! Good overall. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was cooked for you and served by a friendly staff member. Advantages is that its always hot and fresh , in the other hand it took 20mins to arrive which is fine if you dont have a time you need to leave. In other words factor this in to your time. Black pudding was outstanding, best for a while. It was also good that the staff member asked if you wanted more, it is meant to be unlimited after all. Coffee very good as was the juices.

   Double room was comfortable, it had an extra unmade bed which can be used as a sofa. Quiet area, no road noise. The breakfast was 10/10. The cooked breakfast was made to order, better than a help yourself buffet, and the plates were huge. I had a massive bowl of porridge which was very tasty. I added banana and mixed fruit from the buffet which had everything you'd want to set you up for the day. Simon was very attentive and jolly, nothing was a bother. I agree with other reviewers, give him a pay rise.

   Let down by the service, feels like it's really understaffed and the staff are taking it out on the guests. We were literally shouted at when we arrived for our booked breakfast on day 2, and told we won't be seated for another 30 mins, so we walked out as we were a bit shocked at the bald man's horrible attitude. We decided to eat elsewhere throughout our stay after that. The food we ordered when we arrived on the first day and went for some drinks was not good either, and again served by the unpleasant bald man who needs to work on his customer service skills. The room is really hot and no air con. Bed is always comfy at premier inn and has a nice shower. Good location as just off the motorway. Unfortunately would never return here due to the rude, stressed out staff.

   Thank you to Lewis Danny , Leon and the the whole team for such a welcoming stay - I could have stayed all week with a team like that , like are an absolute credit to your establishment. Leon served me in the restaurant. He was kind , warm , understanding , knowledgeable , helpful , professional, but above all else his service was exemplary, second to none! I have never met such customer service in a very long time , of this level , and how refreshing to meet someone that loves what they do , and has a positive attitude in all their work. Promote him very soon, or I'll be honest you are missing a trick here , and definetly do not let him move to another hotel. Danny was kind , warm so so welcoming & answered every question I had promptly & efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble and went the extra mile when my cab never turned up for around 40 minutes Thank you again to everyone! Sarah - from down south near Gatwick

   I stay at the Premier Inn Sale regularly visiting my brother who lives locally.I find Paul the manager and his front of house / housekeeping team very efficient in every way.The receptionists are always extremely helpful and the rooms are always spotless.I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Premier Inn Sale to anyone wishing to stay for leisure or business.

   Stayed at Mersey Farm premier Inn for 3 nights. Very comfortable and good value for money. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff especially Alison in reception and Rachael behind the bar.

   Got 2 adjacent rooms with intersecting doors for one night, while we were at a function. I booked these over the telephone last minute and the staff member I spoke to was so helpful and lovely. We had a really lovely stay and I would definitely return ❤️
