Leon served me in the restaurant. He was kind , warm , understanding , knowledgeable , helpful , professional, but above all else his service was exemplary, second to none! I have never met such customer service in a very long time , of this level , and how refreshing to meet someone that loves what they do , and has a positive attitude in all their work. Promote him very soon, or I'll be honest you are missing a trick here , and definetly do not let him move to another hotel. Danny was kind , warm so so welcoming & answered every question I had promptly & efficiently. “We stayed here with out 4 children for a few nights due to work being done at our home. I can honestly say the staff that work here are absolutely incredible. They made our stay so easy & couldn’t do enough! From prepping a high chair at meal times before we even came down to making paper aeroplanes with our son & making them fly! The staff here genuinely make the place and I honestly can not thank them enough! The rooms were perfect very large (we had 2 family rooms) VERY clean.”

“Really impressed with Cornerstones Guest House. Ahmed was excellent in communicating the keylock code and instructions. We were able to park the car and walk 15 mins to Sale Metrolink tram stop in Sale. The room was perfect for us (dad and lad) with a double and a single bed. A nice window for fresh air and the shower was hot. We stayed Saturday and went to Old Trafford for the Manchester United match on the Sunday. Would recommend.”

“Amazing spa hotel that caters so well for families. We come here every christmas and the atmosphere is so warm and festive The whole place is super clean and smells so nice too. we never eat there other than the snacks and coffee. The facilities are amazing and the bedroom is so spacious.”

“I booked this hotel on behalf of my family members visiting my wife and I from Ireland. They stayed two nights and were pleased with everything the hotel provided them. The room was very clean with comfortable beds for two ladies and one child.”

“My husband and I have just spent 7 lovely nights here. It was easy to book with Matthews help and to check in with Colins help. The building and grounds are spotless with ongoing touches to the interior and exterior eg planting by gardeners etc and recent paint job. The bed, bedclothes , towels, shower, loo, even loo rolls n washing up liquid, tv, microwave n kettle, bedside light etc were all pretty good and most importantly the fire doors and signage made us feel safe.”
