   The family room I stayed in was spotless, quiet and well equipped for one night stay. Check in and checking out were very straightforward. We had a cooked breakfast and all appeared to be freshly cooked and tasty. Breakfast area very clean and tidy with hotel staff cleaning tables very promptly. If ever planning to stay in this area without hesitation would do it again. Strongly recommended.

   Easy check-in and very clean hotel. There is a large car park which is free. We had a large double room, ensuite and everything was clean and comfortable with a good shower. The curtains kept the light out in the morning and it was quiet at night. There was a breakfast included in the price, the full English was very good with a good choice of drinks. Breakfast was a relaxed affair, staff were friendly and we had a good stay.

   Stayed here for 3 nights, trip centered around the Manchester United women's match. Room was clean & comfortable and the hotel breakfast was great. We did have an issue with not being able to get an Wifi signal in the room, Raluca was extremely helpful trying to get Maintenace to fix the issue and ultimately referred us to Taylor at the front desk to switch rooms. After the move we were all set and able to enjoy the rest of our stay and be able to work remotely. Super convenient having the Morrison's within walking distance as well! Would stay here again in the future!

   Had a really enjoyable one night stay here. The beds and room were so comfortable and the hotel throughout was immaculate. The evening meal was a bit limited with only one vegetarian option and one meat option and the pudding was either lots of different types of chocolate cake or carrot cake. Good availability of gluten free options but the labelling could be improved for breakfast. This was excellent for the evening meal. It's really nicely situated next to a pub and a supermarket so you are not in the middle of nowhere. The hotel also offers assistance with forgotten items which is a lovely touch. The staff were friendly. Overall a really pleasant stay.

   understaffed... Not the staffs fault as they ran around and did the best they could and that's not why they lost a star.... I knocked off a star because the heating didn't work (or the controls where too complex) and the room was was cold... i did find a plug in electric heater but wasn't comfortable leaving this on all the time

   Breakfast, ran out of everything, everyone was waiting for food plates and cutlery. Staff couldn't cope with numbers. Once on the plate food was fine. Felt sorry for the two staff on duty, they had to do everything and deal with disgruntled customers

   Nice, clean and priced just right. Would have been rated great, but there is a hidden £20 authorisation charge for every room. No mention on the website and even though no other facilities are used, they would not allow you to book without the additional charge. Of course it is credited back the following day....taking the liberty

   The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars all around is because there is no phone in the room and it was a bit of a surprise, also the TV could be a bit larger and allow streaming from personal devices. Other than that is perfect for a quick stop. No frills. But great where it matters.

   Excellent service. Lovely entrance with great staff special thanks to Matthew who was on the desk. A very helpful young man. Rooms very spacious and lovely and clean. Breakfast was nice. Great view of Leigh rugby club. With Morrisons right next door
