Leon served me in the restaurant. He was kind , warm , understanding , knowledgeable , helpful , professional, but above all else his service was exemplary, second to none! I have never met such customer service in a very long time , of this level , and how refreshing to meet someone that loves what they do , and has a positive attitude in all their work. Promote him very soon, or I'll be honest you are missing a trick here , and definetly do not let him move to another hotel. Danny was kind , warm so so welcoming & answered every question I had promptly & efficiently. “The guy at the till (sorry - I didn't ask or see your name) was really helpful, friendly and knew the store. I took my dog in and she had an 'accidental' wee. I asked for a cloth/tissues to clear up. He said "no problem" and walked away, I assumed to get a mop. He came back with a 'wet floor' sign and said "I'll sort it". I'm sure mine wasn't the first.”

“We stayed here with out 4 children for a few nights due to work being done at our home. I can honestly say the staff that work here are absolutely incredible. They made our stay so easy & couldn’t do enough! From prepping a high chair at meal times before we even came down to making paper aeroplanes with our son & making them fly! The staff here genuinely make the place and I honestly can not thank them enough! The rooms were perfect very large (we had 2 family rooms) VERY clean.”
