I love visiting Firthfields, not only because they supply my snakes bedding and food but because of the beautiful parrots there. They have 3 and I love going to see them as it really brightens my day. The staff are so helpful, polite and friendly.

Been going to this pet shop for absolutely ages now and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable + clearly love and look after the pets there. Went in today however and was served by someone I've never seen before in the shop - she was RUDE and was very aggressive when handling the animals! She proceeded to try and put an animal in a cricket tub which was CLEARLY to small for it! She laughed about this and was just waving the poor thing around everywhere trying to find a more suitable box as if it was funny. It was really upsetting to watch it be flung around when it was obviously stressed out. Just an absolutely awful member of staff who didn't care about the pets and was just very unpleasant. Kudos though to the other member of staff who we've seen many times and is kind, knows her stuff and shows an interest in the animals.

Aggressive bad mannerd and just plain rude; threatening to people that don't have English ad a first language. Very unprofessional when challenged on behaving like this. They implied my family are lying to me, called my wife a lier. Claimed that we agreed we will be charged on debit cards for missed appointments including an extra one ?? Advised they hold debit card info without consent of the card holder, none of this was ever mentioned before and for a dog hair cut? untill my other half called so probably trying to scam as her English is not brilliant. Probably the same to all the old dears. This is against the law, she advised will still charge us regardless. Untill I pressed and when she realized I wouldn't fall for petty treats and intimidating tactics, hung up on me. Also advised on appointment that was never made will be charged as well.Avoid at all cost. Hair cut 3 of 5 and a good price when only charged once , but can find locally for same without the bullying of my family. Service is the stain sheet on the bed sheet of Britain.
